Featuring, made from scratch, wood fired NY style/Neapolitan style pizzas. The made on site dough, is cold fermented for 3-4 days, giving it the very best structure and flavor. Hand selected,fresh toppings…grown on site basil,oregano,thyme and cilantro. Also featuring Fitz’s Microbrew sodas, and, Ted Drewes frozen custard. Predominately take-out, with some limited,seasonal,seating in our tropical oasis.
