The guy who answered the phone/ at the front was extremely nice & has good customer service skills. That’s why the one star. But the food is DISGUSTING! The ribs were dry, crab Rangoon nasty made with green stuff instead of ‘crab’. Should have read the reviews because everyone complaining about the food is right. I’m so disappointed.

Love, love, love this place! We come here for all fam gatherings and everyone has a great time. The price is more than worth it for the authenticity and quality of food – not to mention the massive portion size – and awesome service.

This restaurant is awesome! My first time here and absolutely loved it. The staff was extremely friendly. I recommend the pu pu platter and the shrimp lo mein.

This place is a hidden gem! The food is great and it comes quick. The servers are on top of their game. The drinks are delicious and strong. Plus Jackie Chan loves Aloha so that’s gotta count for something.

I used to eat here a lot when I lived in the area 13 years. On a whim while up in the area to visit friends this weekend, we decided to get take-out for dinner. I didn’t think anything of it because the food used to be great. When we got home and started eating, just about everything was extremely dry and had less flavor than those styrofoam packing peanuts. The pork fried rice was was extremely dark and faintly tasted of burnt oil and cardboard. You would think with how dark the rice is that you’d have some sort of saltiness from the soy sauce. Nope. The pork chow mein also had extremely little flavor and was like someone took overly boiled sausage crumble (no flavor), threw in some expired pickled bean sprouts, mixed it with expired canned chow mein sauce and threw it in the microwave. The vegetable lo-mein was also very dry per my friend. The only thing that somewhat saved the day was the sweet and sour sauce actually brought some moisture to the chicken fingers, which were the first time I’ve ever had dried out chicken fingers from a Chinese restaurant. Oh and the rolls were were edible. This is super disappointing as I remember when they were the go to place to get Chinese food, especially as the whole bill came to $60. I definitely will not be going back.

The food at Aloha is never a disappointment. All of their Chinese dishes are perfectly prepared to your liking. From egg rolls to crab Rangoon the food is always excellent.

Did not receive what was ordered by menu. Food undercooked. Poor customer service. Told its cause we are so close to closing time. Very disappointing. Will not return. Sad when master wok is better all around.

Ordered a pupil platter, half of the chicken fingers where inedible! It was like they were made with a rubber chicken, could not bite into them. Everything else was good.

As a long time customer it was great when I first started going to Aloha, but then they went down hill, come to find out it was old management that really destroyed the place, now I’m super happy to say everything seems to have turned around and is amazing again.
