I wanted to like this place as there are not many options for seafood at lunchtime around Syracuse. This one is convenient with its own external entrance at the Destiny Mall. The decor was fun and servers were nice, but the food was just so disappointing.

The only reason I gave this place 3 starts because the cleanliness and our server JOSEPH . He was absolutely amazing thank you again JOSEPH. The food was salty and the aloha sauce is thick like they put flour in it and didn’t warm it up . My seafood boil bag was in a garlic sauce that was good but still salty. Over all SALTY. Fried Calamari was delicious and so was my bday cheese cake. The seafood it self is delicious just need better sauce.

The food was great, the service was even better! Joe was super attentive and such a sweet soul! He was super knowledgeable on the menu, and answered all questions we had quickly. Will definitely be coming back!

My mom and I went here for our first time and we were so pleased with our experience! There are so many options at low prices. The food came out quick and was hot and fresh. The waiter/bartender Michael was incredible and a pleasure to be served by! We will definitely be back.

Celebrated our 11 year wedding anniversary here. And we thoroughly enjoyed our experience here. The servers were very attentive and the manager as well. They were excited to have us there celebrating such a milestone. They played some music for us and created a nice vibe. I appreciated them helping us make a memorable night. The food was delicious and better than similar restaurants in the area. The bartenders are friendly but may need a little more training on making drinks. That’s the only reason why I didn’t give a five star.

Came out to eat 8/28. Sat at the bar. The bartender was so extreme the entire meal. Service was quick and drinks were on point but its like he didn’t understand social clues. There’s a fine line between being friendly and being completely over the top. Plus when I finished my apps, I was already being offered desert. I felt rushed when I came in at 9pm, an hour before they close! It was just me, it’s not like I was a party of 10…Plus the Asian manager kept looking over at me to see if I was gone yet. Food was great but I feel like my $115 meal was a disappointment. Not sure if I’ll come here again

The food was cooked well, the prices were ok. The sandwich was a PoBoy Shrimp sandwich with sweet potato fries,onion rings and hush puppies. All together it cost $29,not terrible,but the shrimp was pretty good.

Was looking for something different in the Destiny Mall, and found this. Way better than I imagined! Server was helpful and kind, wait was short. Had a good selection of local beers, and the food was delicious! Home made hush puppies, and we both got soup and salads. Crab bisque and clam chowder were excellent, and the salads were very fresh and crisp, top notch. The flavors were surprisingly good, and we like restaurants! Will be back!

My Server Shana was absolutely amazing with her service! She was so friendly, kind, and attentive! She had an upbeat spirit and made the experience that much greater! This was my first time at Aloha Krab, but she helped make my experience memorable! Thank you Queen for your Awesome service! Grade A Establishment! Everyone was nice and happy and cheerful I saw their birthday shout out system and the customer loved it! I can’t wait to return, and I hope I get Shana again!
