They use good quality steak. Chicken and pork are too notch. Mac Salad is tasty but the rice was a little harder than other sticky rice I’ve had. Could be improved. Service is top notch. BANANA PUDDIN WAS GAS!!!! OMG put me to sleep

I have tried to eat most of the menu options here. My favorite so far is the Hawaiian wrap with the sauce. But I really enjoyed all of the other options as well. The customer service seems to be the best in this area from my experiences so far.

This is a really nice little joint with great atmosphere, friendly staff and the food is quite tasty. I’m glad this place opened- it’s bringing some originality to Demopolis and providing more diverse food options in the area!

Very clean. Good service. Food was prepared well. Sticky rice was great. Teriyaki beef was tender and tasty. Macaroni….all the food was excellent and well priced. Will go back to try more.

This down-home servin’ with a flare of the Hawaiian. Feeling like Demopolis but tasting of the islands, your taste buds take a vacation but your mind doesn’t wander much if you step out the front door. There’s a ton of potential that hasn’t been capitalized upon but I’m not certain if this C-Store add-on can really take off in the little D. If it was back in the Big D–Dallas, Texas–I’d either incorporate stoneware dishes and legitimate cutlery to make it more sustainable (and relatively higher end) or I’d rein in the menu a bit to make it more affordable while utilizing Chinette-esque disposables in order to give the establishment a greater touch of class. In that note though, I’m just not sure how long this little diamond in the rough is going to stick around without a few tiny (but very notable/ noteworthy) changes.

For a Hawaiian themed food place far from the islands the food wasn’t bad. The kalua pig was great with the sticky rice.
