Got told when calling to place a lunch order, that they had a big catering order and that took priority so I couldn’t make an order since it wasn’t as expensive as the catering order. Used to go there all the time. Not anymore. The girl who answered the phone thought it was funny. Will go to Haiku by Petsmart from now on.

Not bad, but Keoki’s Loco Moco is better. As others have said, they just use frozen hamburger patties here. However, the spam musubi is made fresh and they give you a ton of chicken katsu, and it’s nice and crunchy. Everything was made to order and piping hot!
