Tasty food + huge portion sizes! Got a combination chicken katsu and chicken bbq plate to share with my fiancée, and it was huge. We had enough leftovers to be 1 person’s meal for me (leftovers ended up taking her 2 meals to finish). Also got the spam musubi which were exactly what I wanted and 2 for ~4.50 so solid deal. Fast casual vibe. They were playing The Flash TV series so we enjoyed it while we ate too . Def would recommend

As I entered looking at the menu thinking of what to order, all I saw was how costly everything was compared to other hawaiian bbq places I’ve been to. My lunch break was short. No time to think of another place so just ordered the chicken bbq plate and my goodness did i feel like it was a buffet!!

I’m not sure if the other reviews for this place are paid for or I was there at the wrong time but the girl at the counter was not nice at all, I let her know it was my first time there and if she could tell me about the chicken combo and she just said ok ! Not a single explanation just gave me whatever she wanted lol got another chicken and beef combo and the beef was old, dry and tasted like old teriyaki sauce, not worth the money and even a second chance, the hood girl at the counter needs to find a better job at am pm or some liquor store where she doesn’t need customer service skills at all, aloha for good to this place!

On a good day, the cook gives very generous portions to the point where you’d need a rubber band to close the box. Delicious chicken and beef that can last up to three days for some people.

I just called to place an order in this place and the person who was supposed to take my order she didn’t even take her time to listen to my order and she was just putting everything in the order the way she want it and at the end she finally said I’m not gonna take your order over the phone. You need to come in the store and get your own order and she repeatedly hang up on me that was extremely bad customer service. Whoever this chick was she needs to go and I’m going straight inside the store to make sure who she was.

Located in an inconspicuous place this Aloha Hawaiian BBQ packs on the food. Due to circumstances there is only pick up, but going inside the place clean, greeted with a smile and service was great. The restaurant is actually pretty room and has about 6-7 tables that can fit about 4 each from what I remember.

Ok…so I love this place. I go to the Costa Mesa one a lot. But this one just opened closer to my house and I rushed down today on the grand opening day. Ordered the usual #4 and got the same awesome combo. I will be stuffed!!! Sooooo much food!!!
