Visited here after a day of floating the River. Staff was readily available to seat our group of six. Apologized for the wait, it was only two minutes and it was not a problem for us.

Came here after camping on a Sunday afternoon. The place was not very busy, so there was not much of a wait. We got seated all the way in the back of the restaurant by the kitchen area. The table was next to another in a secluded part of the restaurant, which took away from the atmosphere. The food and drink we ordered were very good. I had the bloody Mary extra spicy and it had a good horse radish flavor. I ordered the carnitas tacos for my mean and they were great. The meat to topping ratio was perfect and the pork was cooked to perfection and flavored perfectly. My kid had the French toast that I had a bite of and it was fantastic. Overall had a good experience at this place. Ohh I also recommend the apple crumble cake that they have sitting at the front of the restaurant, it was perfectly made with the right amount of sweetness and moistness.

The Biscuits and Gravy and Cajun Hash were absolutely delicious, as always. The bonut (biscuit donut) was a nice treat to start off the meal. And the atmosphere of the new space was wonderful! Definitely stop by if you are looking for a great brunch option in town!

We stopped here on the way to Breckenridge and were all so pleased that I’m actually leaving a review (which is very rare!)

Exceeded all our expectations! We had a large party and they had an extra roomy booth that fit all 10 of us. They have such a broad range of delicious food! The vegetarians loved it, the carnivores loved it, the kiddos even loved it! It was a hit and I’d love to go back any time we’re in the area.

One of my favorite places to eat – and not just in Trinidad. Their Cajun hash is a favorite, but have tried a little bit of everything here and always come away impressed. Had some clam chowder and clam cakes recently which were amazing – took me straight to the eastern seaboard. Atmosphere and service are second to none. 10/10 would recommend.

Made it into Almack’s new location today! Great new space with a lot of potential. The service was excellent and we were well taken care of. My husband had the green chile scramble with their delicious homemade biscuit. He requested soft scramble and the eggs weren’t overcooked. I had the vanilla berry French toast with a side of perfectly rendered bacon. The compote was very good, with an interesting mystery ingredient. The French toast itself was very tasty, though a bit dense and undercooked in the center. Gotta say, guys, the coffee was straight up weak. And the water for the coffee needs to be filtered cuz our city water tastes like chlorine. Overall a really nice brunch. We’ll definitely be trying more on the menu!

This was a great find. Probably the best breakfast we’ve ever had. I had the French toast with berries, gf! And hubs had the signature pancakes with brown sugar and bacon. It was the best pancakes he has ever had! It’s a little pricey ($40 for 2) but definitely worth a splurge. The staff was friendly and accommodating, just need an additional waitress as service was a little slow but typical for Trinidad. We will definitely be back.

Great food, homemade breads and jams on deck. Try it out if you’re in need of some breakfast/lunch. They close at 3 so be conscious and don’t miss out on em. Honestly would’ve given it a full 5 stars in all categories but my sever was so ingrained in their phone while we were in a rush.

An absolute gem of a small restaurant to stop for breakfast or lunch on the I-25 between NM and CO. The owner was enthusiastic about the food he prepares and had great recommendations. The food itself was excellent with fresh ingredients and a wide variety of flavors to choose from. We enjoyed everything we had, especially the hoisin braised pork belly on the rice bowl. We look forward to returning next time we’re passing through Trinidad.
