Ordered the pork family meal with three sizes – doubled up on mac ‘n cheese and an order of baked beans. We really enjoyed the everything. Pork was cooked perfectly! The customer service was very friendly. Order was prepared quickly. This was a take-out order and our very first visit. We will definitely go back again.

Take-out family dinner with pork, sides were collard greens, coleslaw and potato salad. Not a fan of sauce that came with it. I found the pork to be dry. The coleslaw was tasteless. The collard greens did not suite my taste. Perhaps others may like. The potato salad was good. I wouldn’t go back. I expected this to be better.

After several prevous tries under former ownership and not so hot experiences, I am delighted to report what a wonderful meal of moist minced pork bbq, mac and cheese, potato salad and baked beans I had, all bursting with flavor. Excellent service and home town atmospheric made this quite a pleasant experience. Next time I’ll bring a bigger tummy.

Best bbq ribs and pulled pork hands down – we will come back soon! The ribs were meaty and tender, and the pulled pork sandwich was very tasty (bravo to the team, chef, and pitmaster. We dined in with a toddler and were provided with excellent customer service.

So I had seen this place from the road on the way to the hospital multiple times now and every time was like “Man: that place is so tiny and out of place. …the food has to be AMAZING…”. I typically try to eat at little “mom and pop” diners because their food is (most of the time) something special. Allman’s did NOT disappoint.
