We went into the restaurant with a $50 gift card. We ate, the food was good. Then when the check came we put the gift card down on the check. Then the waitresses said sorry we can not take the gift card that you purchased here due to a new gift card system. Even with the proof of purchase for $50 they only took off $25 off the bill. What a scam place. Will never go to, scam place!

i have Been going to All Star for 4 years now. We come from NY every year to go to 3 to 4 Steelers games. we are season ticket holders. After every Steelers game we go to All Star for dinner. Every meal we have had from there has been excellent. We went last night as usually expecting a great meal. My Wife’s wine had a bug in it, she asked for chardonnay and was given moscato. my friends grilled chicken avocado salad was horrible. The avocados were like rubber you couldn’t even cut them. Last was my Sons burger it was so burnt it was half the size of the bun. After all this I didn’t say anything about the bug or the avocado, but after the burger I went up to the owner because he has been there every time we have gone, and when I told him everything that happened his answer was you should just ask for a new drink. Now I didn’t expect a free meal, but after all this I would have expected the owner to come to our table and apologize for the poor meal. please do yourself a favor and skip this place

Really enjoyed the zues sauce they have for wings, nice atmosphere, good crowd and great service but the wings themselves are not the best in quality.. Alternatively the price is attractive given todays outrageous market but if your looking for genuinely great wings that were never frozen etc you would have to look elsewhere. Still a place worth dropping into, some of the burger descriptions looked excellent!

The place was busy and understaffed so I understand the lack in service. We ordered wings and a portobello sandwich no cheese. The wings came out cold, the sandwich only had mushrooms no lettuce or tomato. Everything was very salty. When we got the bill, we were charged more than what was advertised on the menu (see pics). Won’t be returning.

A couple of my friends and I came in on a Saturday evening to grab a couple drinks and an app. We got our first drink, just fine. That’s where the good service ended. We were there for about 2 hours, both bartenders weren’t acknowledging our group or empty glasses. The blonde bartender was very rude and not friendly. To top it off, this was the most creepiest establishment I’ve ever been to, because of the manager (older man). He was paying more attention to this older group of women sitting next to us, than he was paying attention to the customers coming inside. He was flirting and buying them drinks, then proceeded to write his number down for her. She seemed very uninterested, it was borderline harassment. The prices were high as well, and they were out of most top shelf liquor. Definitely won’t be coming back here. Service is TERRIBLE!

Food was so bad i couldn’t ingest it ,left the plate practically untouched on the table paid the bill to avoid confusion and left im not from the area just driving through for work ,i randomly googled a place to eat ,don’t think ill be doing that again …im not sure why health department hasn’t shut down the kitchen.fries had water skeeting out from the freezer burn. Burger had definitely been thawed out prolly by running warm water on it.. i was wondering why locals were only ordering nachos…stop serving food or clean up the kitchen

Honestly one of my worst ever dining experiences. Wings had a weird after taste, took 30 min to even get an appetizer, and our appetizer had a cold hard wing underneath our chips. My wings were soaked in butter, basically swimming in a butter bath. Fries were soggy but were the only good thing that we got. Artichoke dip had no flavor, it was straight cheese, but still better than the wings.
