My wife and I came in for lunch to give this newer place a shot. There was 1 person running the kitchen, tending bar and taking orders. Not a friendly or chatty person at all. The food took forever to come out but tasted great! After we were done eating we waited a bit for the cook/bartender/server to bring us our check or even come back into the dining area from the kitchen. We left cash and the table and left since he was busy cooking for a another group of 3 people and I know that would take me longer than I wanted to wait. I left more than enough to pay the bill, sales tax and a small tip. My recommendation is to please hire a cook and possibly a server. We wont be coming back since we can get prompt, friendly service, with good food and drinks anywhere else in town.

Food was delicious! I’d been craving steak and I got exactly what I wanted and then some. It was quiet while we were there, my boyfriend and I both really enjoyed our food. The only reason I give 4 stars instead of 5 is because of how long it took to get the check. There were only 4 people in the bar at the time so it wasn’t busy. Server was nice, food was delicious and affordable…will definitely be back!

Ordered steak medium rare was served a well done, hot sauce had crusty/mold growing round the rim. Jalapeño poppers were from a frozen bag, nothing special. Nothing homemade.

We had a Groupon for food at the saloon. The location is good, on a main street in Longview. The place is decorated with a western theme so it’s got some atmosphere. The food was good. The service was impacted because there was only 1 person there who had to seat us, take the order, cook and serve it, and then close us out.

One of the best burgers in town. Mac and Cheese bites are amazing. Drinks were good and atmosphere was pleasant. Have a pool table and ping pong table too .

Service is absolutely abhorrent. The bartender was more concerned about playing pool than serving customers. When it came time to order, my wife ordered, and then the server walked away without taking my order. 10 out of 10 would not recommend. We will not be returning.

This place has a super simple menu but all the food is awesome!! I’m kind of indecisive when I go out, so the simple menu made it much easier to make a decision. We will definitely be back!!
