Shahid bhai will cook you anything instantly and fresh. He keeps it simple and very cultural. Fresh taste and simple. Must try the kala bhuna and fried fish.

The Sunday special Lamb Shank Rost with KAlizera rice was the best! And of course, the rest of the food we ordered tasted so good too. I haven’t been to many Bangladeshi places, but I’m glad this place is worth dining in. The price is also reasonable. I also like the fact that they stay late. I was so hungry and I was ready to eat at waffle house thinking it’ll be hard to find other food places at 12mn. Good thing they’re open until 1am.

They have good Bangladeshi food. I have tried few Bangladeshi restaurants in Atlanta and I think this place is the one that I will revisit. This is a small cafe but I like that they have open kitchen so you can see how the food is being made, which is a plus . Kitchen looked clean. I had the Sunday special Chicken Roast and appetizer samosa. It was good portion and good flavor. If I would like to suggest anything, that would be adding good Bangladeshi Dessert items.

Wow food is so good get ready to go to flavor town when you eat here. This is like eating at someone’s house food is so fresh and delicious. Chicken was so juicy the beef was melting in your mouth and the salmon curry was just bursting with flavor. You def have to get some chai at the end to top it all off. Owner is amazing and whips up that fire. Sit down and enjoy this fantastic meal

Alif Cafe was such a treat to visit today! Absolutely thrilling that the former chef of Bismillah Cafe now has his own restaurant, which has indoor seating! Despite not having seen him in 8+ months, he still remembered and was so kind to me! It’s these independently-owned businesses like Alif Cafe whose people put their hearts and souls into their crafts that make going out in our greater Atlanta community along Buford Highway such a joy and privilege. Today’s takeout consisted of halim, samosas, gyro biryani and wings. Truly exceptional and comforting. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our dinner and are looking forward to future meals from here!

Fantastic food! The samosas are insanely good and have a ton of flavor. Everyone was very nice and the price was cheap for what you get! Can’t wait to come back!

One of the best authentic desi restaurants in Atlanta in term of quantity and service. The stuff are very friendly and welcoming. I ordered chicken samosas, veggie Samosas, kabbab burger, and Shawarma Spaghetti it was amazing. there food are so complex and divines that you never want to stop eating their food. Speechless – it’s so damn authentic, I have no way to describe it. Don’t worry about the look – focus on food.

It’s a dive bar hole in the wall all right, but the food makes up for it. Proper home-style Bengali food. The samosas are honestly probably the best in the city, after Tabla – but then again, they don’t cost $12!! Highly rec’d. Try the fresh falafels, homemade naan, gulab jamun and egg curry. You won’t find egg curry in many places!
