Ww cannot say enough good things about this restaurant and the staff. They went above and beyond in serving us. Very cordial, friendly and efficient. The food was superb. The cocktails were equally as good. Bartender, Debbie, sure knows how to make great cocktails to satisfy. Appears that new ownership has impacted both service and food quality. It saddens me that the last three visits at Alicante were disappointing. The chicken parmigiana was once my favorite dinner at Alicante until a couple months ago. Bland sauce, about 7 pieces of pasta and very little cheese is one example.

Everything was fantastic. Service was brilliant and very professional. Patrons were dressed up. It was a good time. It’s really nice to be able to find a nice restaurant where you can wear dress up clothes and be classy. The food was so good. Atmosphere was both chill and romantic. I’ll be back definitely and recommend.

The experience was fantastic (again) ! The atmosphere is great. The servers were friendly and extremely professional. The meals, this time pork loin and rack of lamb, was better than anything at the “famous” restaurants in Boston. The appetizers and desert were excellent as well. The chief was unbelievably accommodating, making my wife with her gluten sensitivity feel comfortable and safe. They even had a nice surprise for us to celebrate our anniversary. We are very fortunate to have such an establishment in our region.

Make a reservation and enjoy this fantastic restaurant. The bolognese and stuffed pork were phenomenal and the staff was very friendly and attentive. Banana and strawberry cheesecake was out of this world. We had a nice view of the pond behind the restaurant and got to enjoy the sun setting. We will be coming back for sure.

A random dude suggested this place to us and are we ever glad we followed up in the recommendation! Menu is enticing, lots of great choices. Our waiter was a delight and able to give suggestions and recommendations …the food was to die for from the eggplant appetizer to the lobster ravioli to the scrumptious crème brûlée for dessert. Excellent cocktails too!

Alicante seams like a very beloved local restaurant. People dress nicely and seam to be proud coming to this establishment. But if it’s your first time you’ll notice it’s very loud the servers are a bit comfortable more than professional. If your expecting high end service that comes with the price of their items you might be a little put off. They will reach across the table to serve you and sit down at tables near you with customers who they have probably served dozens of times. It seams like more of a high priced family restaurant where everyone is familiar with each other. Maybe your server is your neighbor or someone who goes to church with you so you don’t mind the casual levels of service. I was expecting a nice quiet place where I could take my mom from out of town. Now that I am aware of the experience I’ll adjust my expectations. The food was also good not great. I think because the property has a beautiful view that is the draw of the restaurant. The younger staff were a bit more professional than the older ones but I think they were newer and not as laid back as the existing servers.

Went for dinner to celebrate our anniversary. Valet made things easy and the valet staff were great. However the food missed the mark for us and the service was lacking. It felt like the hostess wanted to be somewhere else, the waitress was rushing us and rude, and throughout the dinner the staff was dragging chairs and tables from one end to the other. Seems they had big groups and failed to organize well. The restaurant is far to narrow for that and getting bumped was annoying at best.

I absolutely LOVED my experience here!! If youre a seafood lover I highly recommend checking this place out. I had the crab cakes which were perfectly seasoned and the summer salad which was super fresh. My husband got the chicken parm and he says he never had any better.

Wonderful food and servers. Always a pleasant experience. Byron, by far, is the most pleasant, friendly and conscientious worker. He is so accommodating and always strives to give the best service.
