I don’t know why this place is never busy when I go in. This has got to be one of the best kept secrets in Lacey. Good food at good prices. And if you like spicy, get the red sauce. It’s not the kinda thing that burns your mouth, but it sneaks up on you and lingers until you notice that your forehead is sweating and you don’t know why. Good stuff. First 2 pics – chile relleno burrito. Second 2 pics – bacon breakfast burrito. Fifth pic is super nachos. Sixth pic is chicken burrito with jalapeno

Ordered the bean tostada and enchilada plate, the enchilada was just a tortilla with unmelted cheese, while yes we can microwave it, that will just cause it to be soggy. Unhappy wife unhappy life will be adding this place to the never again list. Way overpriced for the same meal you can get from the little corner store menus.

We went there around 8 pm, the senora is nice and told us that their taco is bigger than street taco, so I ordered 5 street tacos for $8, the carnitas is tender and flavorful, the Al pastor is little salty. My wife ordered a quesadilla, it is cheesy and good.

How did I just find this place? Best breakfast burrito I have found in the PNW. Green salsa to die for. Sooo good. Also, breakfast burritos are huge!

My wife just graduated college this past May and her and I would frequent Alibertos at least once to twice a week. It was our go to food. I mean who wouldn’t want a nice greasy burrito the size of your head or a quesadilla big enough to feed a family of 4! Well my wife and I wanted to reminisce to those times so we stopped by there today. Got our usual order and on the way home my wife takes out our food…. These were the most sad two breakfast burritos I’ve ever seen. No where near as big as they usually are and dryer than the plants I forgot to water this morning. Leaving WA soon so won’t get another chance to eat here, hopefully it was just a worker mistake and not something they’ve permanently changed. I’d have rather went to Taco Bell or even Jack in the Box with their big ol greasy breakfast burrito. Big sad

I really hate writing negative reviews, and to be fair, i didn’t report the shortcomings to the staff. However, the vibe wasn’t one where i thought it’d be received well. It’s likely I’d never go back. The breakfast burrito was much to be desired. I chose chorizo , it was lacking in flavor and very gristlely. Tbh is probably the worst chorizo I’ve ever had. The salsa wasn’t the worst. It helped salvage the flavor.

While I’ve not actually been in the brick and mortar store itself, I do door dash from Aliberto’s ALOT. EVERYTHING we’ve had is FIRE!!! . Our personal favorite is the carnitas burrito with extra pico. The first bite is always so succulent and juicy, setting you up for a tantalizing good time. My partner and I especially love that they are just as delicious the next day cold! We LOVE Al’s Burritos! (It’s our nickname for the place!❤️ )
