This place is so unique. The food is amazing and reasonably priced. But the atmosphere is what makes it incredible. Homemade cups, mugs, tables, art, cabinets. It’s warm and cozy with intimate seating and calm music.

Algebra Teahouse is a Cleveland landmark. Easily one of my favorite destinations, Algebra has been serving up Palastinian cuisine in a relaxed atmosphere for the last 22 years. Located in historic Little Italy on Murray Rd. Proprietor Ayman is a Palestinian born immigrant who brings his artistic flair to the space and the local community. A ceramacist and woodworker Iman built Algebra Teahouse from an empty shell. All of the fixtures and furniture are handcrafted in his unique style of curvism. Stop by and say hello. Everyone here is polite and courteous, and the small kitchen provides enough service to handle a full house. Definitely try the house smoothie. Tell them Jacobs sent you 😉

Love the atmosphere; enjoyed a Chai ☕️ latte this evening while reading a good book and chilling… just the right amount of background noise 🙂

This place has a really nice atmosphere. The interior is “quirky”, and all the tables are made with tree branches and have strange shapes. The whole place has a “repurposed” vibe, which I don’t mean as a bad thing at all. There’s a great selection of teas and coffee, as well as a variety of Mediterranean and American style entrees and other meals. I had the Shak Shooka and the house blend coffee (served in a unique little mug). I had a good time, and I’ll be sure to come back and try out their other drinks.

Love this place with all of my heart. It is a unique gem to share intimate conversations with friends, or carry yourself alone with books to read. The atmosphere is so well developed through woodwork and color. The food/drink is well-prepared and propelled by beautiful plating. I usually get the Milk and Honey drink/the Guava Smoothie/ Mediterranean Meatballs. Staff is all-welcoming and so hardworking.

Unique place with large array of food and beverage options. The guava smoothie was to die for, and I could eat that shawarma + hummus for days.

Great atmosphere and a quirky place to visit. The Tea is amazing. Friendly staff and I can’t say enough about how interesting the inside of this tea house is. We though the food wasn’t bad but also not anything to write home about. But other items could be better. We had the falafel and shawarma pitas. Let’s be honest you’re coming for the tea though anyway.
