I got the bolognese with meatballs and it was a 10/10! The portion sizes are actually reasonable and quite light on the stomach, leaves plenty of room for dessert without feeling uncomfortably full! The cannolis were very charming and delicious. I typically don’t like garlic bread in general because I find the garlic flavor so stifling, but its actually quite mild in theirs! I genuinely enjoyed it, it certainly surpassed my expectations. The food is extremely high quality, you can tell there has been a lot of thought put into their menu. The staff are so friendly that you feel like you’re family the moment you walk in! The only thing I recommend for this restaurant is upgrading the utensils from plastic to metal, but I will definitely be returning if I come back to Folly Beach

Amazing Italian food with friendly service! The homemade pasta and garlic bread are a must try! They also have great ice cream for dessert. If you’re on Folly it is a the place for dining in or taking out!

We ordered the garlic bread, chicken alfredo fettuccine, and almond arugula pesto with bucatini noodles. All of it was absolutely delicious at a good price. The owner and cook makes all of his sauces from scratch right there in the restaurant. We will definitely be back again!

Above and beyond! Over 5 stars. This place is a hidden gem. Long story short we ended up here not on purpose but boy are my family and I glad we made it here. All the food is homemade and truly delicious. The owner is marvelous. Look no further than here for an A+ authentic Italian meal. Super causal spot. We will be back! Grazie Alfredo’s! Ps my family is Italian – take my word!

The inside has a very humble look to it. If you enjoy eating outside this is the place for you. That is my only genuine criticism. The sauces are rich like gravy, the meats are flavorful, the pasta is toothsome. Come here for a genuinely surprising Americana take on Italian food. I highly recommend this to anyone in the area.

From the chef at Bacco in Mount Pleasant Alfredo’s on Folly does not disappoint! Pasta is his passion and it is all made in house. I love that there is a build your own pasta dish menu. Choose your pasta, your sauce and a protein if you like. Fantastic. The salads and garlic are amazing as well.

I have to admit that even though I had read the reviews and was expecting it to be good, before I tried Alfredo’s on Folly I was fairly convinced that it would be less good than the ratings seemed to imply. However my wife wanted to try it so we went. To be fair, it’s a small shop with only three tables inside and a few outside. There is nothing fancy about the place… until you try the food. All the pastas are handmade. The sauces are fantastic. We tried the Cavatelli with Amatriciana sauce, the Pappardelle with Carbonara and Chicken and the Paccheri with Beef Ragu and Meatball, along with two orders of garlic bread.
