I received my wings but it was the wrong ones for the second time that I delivered to my job. I tried to call back the driver, but no answer. I text him about it. Hopefully I get reimbursed or my wings. Also there wasn’t any ranch which I know it comes with. But the wings were spicy and taste like ranch wings not butter garlic Parmesan which I get every time so I know what they taste and look like. I didn’t complain about it the first time, but the second time is a problem. Please fix this issue thank you.

Worst pizza I ever had in the 40 years I have eaten it. The pepperoni and edges were burnt but the bottom of the pizza was doughy and stuck to box and paper underneath it. When I called to speak to the manager, he was very rude, said he didn’t know how to help and suggest that I put the pizza aside and bring it back tomorrow or next week. When I asked if the owner will be in in the morning, he even got meaner to me. The only good thing out of this experience, the delivery man was very nice.

The food came quick and that was a good thing but my pizza was scorched tasting and burned on the bottom, please fix this cause this takes away from the otherwise great tasting pizza. Ps btw sombody said if you roll the dough in cornmeal instead of flour it won’t burn, I don’t know just a thought

We were spending a weekend at Splash Lagoon, saw the coupons in the lobby. Told the hotel clerk that we do not like to eat at chains, that we like to support local and wanted somewhere to sit down and eat. She recommended Alfees as well, so we went for dine in. Definately just a pizza joint, everyone was very friendly, service was fast, and food was good! We ordered wings, pizza, cheese sticks and pizza logs. No issues with the food or the service!

This was an awful experience. We placed the order at 4:30 for a 9pm delivery. The pizza didn’t get delivered until 9:35pm. We had hungry kids expecting pepperoni pizza. They gave us a mushroom, onion and ham pizza. Gave us the wrong wings and overcharged me. When I called politely to complain the person answering the phone got nasty saying that he couldn’t replace the pizza, in addition to when I said I shouldn’t have been overcharged, he told me that I probably signed the wrong receipt. Not to mention, the pizza that we did get was trash.
