$63.30 for pizza and wings. Wings were good. Pizza on the other hand not so good. The pepperoni had a funky smell and taste. The cheese under the pepperoni tasted like plastic and was nasty. Called in and said something about. Got told that it’s the same cheese and pepperoni they have been using all day. Not sure what happened or if it was spoiled product or what but even my dog wouldn’t eat it.

We ordered a pizza from here tonight. What we ordered was a supreme pizza without pepperoni. When we called due to the toppings not being what we ordered . We were told they do not have a supreme even though that was what we ordered, that it was a “special” but stated they do not have a supreme. As a customer it would be nice if they would have stated that they do not sell supreme pizzas and what the difference is between what they sell and what we were ordering. When we called back we spoke to one person which we would assume was female since they would not tell us their name but sounded as if they were female. She was EXTREMELY RUDE and I mean EXTREMELY. She then passed the phone off to another person who sounded as if they were another female. Also very rude. We asked if or when the manager or owner was going to be in, she then stated they would not be in and they do not come in and that was when she then stated she was the manager and asked again what was the problem. Completely ignoring what I said. And after some time she said she would pass my information on to the owner.. She asked my name I stated Jennifer and gave my phone number. I was then told she would not pass my information on without my last name. I asked what her name was and she parroted me and said her name was Jennifer. A family owned business should thrive on good customer service. We did not receive that from them and personally the attitude from the two people on the phone was completely uncalled for.

Had not ordered from here in a few months. We ordered a large “Special” pizza and a gyro. Without tip, was $40 – kind of expensive. Very disappointed – pizza did not have much taste, doughy and the bottom was stuck to the paper at bottom of box. Gyro was much smaller and the pita bread was overly crunchy. Internet prices are out of date – asked for a paper menu come with order – did not have any. Delivery driver was great – they always have been. Not going to order from here again any time soon. So disappointing to spend that amount of money and have it not be a good meal!

We ordered 6 tacos and Italian beef. Took over 2 hours and the tacos would have been good but extremely loaded with grease!!! Obviously they don’t know how to drain gage grease off. Italian beef was good. We won’t be ordering for quite awhile if ever. There are other places that take more pride in what they are sending to customers. Oh by the way. Definitely wasn’t cheap

I’ve been ordering from Alfano’s in spring valley for many years and I’ve had a variety of different things but my favorite pizza there is the garlic base Italian beef. The employees are very polite and my orders come on delivery in a timely manner. I just want to thank the owners and the employees for a Terrific pizza place.

Just a heads up if you do delivery expect a 2-3 hour wait. That’s about everytime every once in awhile it’ll be a hour and half.

I love them and I will always wait when they are busy. They are a staple in the Illinois Valley and I’ve been ordering from them for over 22 years. They’ve come to the rescue on multiple occasions, and even snuck me a pizza through a window when my ex didn’t want me to have it! They may take a long time to get to you, but 100% they are worth the wait. Yes, they can be angry at times, but that makes the pizza taste even better!!!! The drivers are super chill and deserve great tips for driving such a large area. Forget the posts from all the out of towners complaining. This pizza is only for dedicated locals! Did I forget to mention that they delivered that pizza through a window at 2 AM, and in the snow? Is there really any better customer service that exists?!!!!
