Tiny establishment. Fast & friendly service. Eggs over medium & well done bacon was done perfectly!

Stopped by, found it thru Google maps. Our server Christina was great, service was quick, food was tasty and price more than reasonable. It’s a hole in the wall, home style cooking. I wished they served French toast. Will stop by again.

This is by far one of the best small local restaurants that’ serve a good lunch and breakfast ! The owner is a amazing down to earth friendly person , he’s from Greek and I love how they embrace that in the inside of the restaurant. We go here all the time just make sure you have CASH$$$ they don’t take card . They are only open at a certain time and close before the evening time . Delicious breakfast and lunch highly recommended ! Friendly staff and great service ,, waitress are always friendly . They’ do have small parking and it does get packed at times … but very worth it . And not that pricey …. Waffles and pancakes are big to if your big on that . They make you feel welcomed for sure … it’s not that big inside about 8-9 booths and countertop you can sit at . But love this place I’m sure u guys will too ! I

Was very disappointed in the deliciousness we missed in our food today. The eggs were not cooked properly and they lacked flavor and didn’t taste very fresh. This is unusual for them, maybe we’ll try again another time & it’ll be better.

This is solely a review on the food, because the service and the restaurant itself were spot on. But the food, oh no bland. I ordered the marinated teriyaki chicken and it had no flavor what so every, and my toast was hard as a rock. Base off that along I rate this place 1 star

Waited entirely too long for a waiter. Sat even longer to place an order. An order was never placed because the waiter never arrived to take one. We got a water and iced tea and that is all they were able to serve. We were told they are short staffed. Host never apologized but was sure to charge us for one iced tea. Oddly enough, we went across the street to Toms and they have a fleet of polite waitresses, super fast orders. Hmmm. We were visiting from Virginia for the graduation of our daughter from Wake Forest med school…..I’m guessing Alexandra’s simply isn’t worried about treating visitors poorly.

Stopped for a relaxing stress free meal on a weekday morning BUT was rushed a by a rude older woman and then asked to leave when I had not even finished my coffee. Yes, I was there 1 hour 40 minutes but I didn’t know there was a time limit to eat and drink. Of course, I did not tip after she asked me your leave and she followed me outside and cussed at me and said to never come back. Certainly not what I hoped to experience to start my day. Obviously not a Christian establishment nor a place that I would recommend anyone not interested in a stressful rushed experience. What a shame…but I will pray that she has a better day than she swore for me to have

Alex’s House is a staple in High Point, the BEST place for a tasty breakfast. Even under new ownership, and Thanks to the retention of the experienced staff, Alex’s House is STILL the same cool place to go to for a hearty meal.
