This is a delicious, locally owned, authentic Cuban restaurant. Great choice for breakfast lunch or dinner. Simple straightforward menu. Friendly service and the food is prepared hot in front of you. They’ve been here nearly 25 years.

Wasn’t too impressed with the pork, and the yuca dip was really spicy. Other then that, the Piccadillo was amazing! Greatly appreciated the service I was given by Mrs Alex as well. 1 serving was plenty for 2 adults. Would definitely eat from here again!

We had the steak sandwich and the chicken sandwich. The meat was grilled and seasoned perfectly. They also included lettuce, tomatoes, sautéed/ grilled onions and potato sticks. They were big and plentiful to the point I couldn’t eat the second half of my steak sandwich and took my other half home. For dessert I ordered the guava flan and coffee. After giving my daughter a taste of my dessert it was so good she ordered one for herself. The menu was traditional Cuban cuisine and the taste was spot on delish! Service was prompt and friendly and we paid about $15 each which consisted of the sandwich, drink, dessert and coffee. The restaurant was clean and dining area was set up nicely. While the restaurant is on a main thoroughfare it sits at the end of a small plaza and you might miss it while driving by if you’re not looking for it. The only disappointment was an item on the menu that wasn’t available at the time we ordered, however the quality and taste of the food we ordered and ate was yummy. If you want traditional REALLY GOOD and authentic Cuban cuisine this is the place to go to!

I just moved to Florida so I was looking for a place for a good Cuban sandwich and it was the worse I’ve ever had. It was made out of cold cuts instead of the real pernil. The lady behind counter wasn’t welcoming at all, a smile goes a long way. Will not be returning.

Stumbled onto this cafe this past Friday with my husband while passing through Longwood after a disappointing morning in Orlando. Made our day so much better! We were able to enjoy the Papa Rellena, Yuca Rellena (1st I ever tried), and Empanada for appetizers, which were deliciously filling. We also enjoyed the Steak & Onions with White Rice and the Croquetas de Jamon with Yellow Rice, both with a side of Black Beans and Ripe Plantains, all cooked to such perfection that it settled pleasantly and we felt fullfilled and refreshed, not at all weighed down. Service was prompt and attentive. We will definitely return whenever in the area again.
