Our server had the snarkiest interaction with our party of 7. It was a lunchtime spontaneous gathering of our future son-in-law, the server thought he was being cool with the sarcasm but it was very off putting. Classless way to interact with guest. Food was good. Restaurant was nice inside, but I will not be going back.

My wife had a metal twist tie in her food that cut the roof of her mouth. When we asked for the manager he came over and at first was very apologetic. We were understanding of the mishap (my wife used to work in a restaurant) but did inform him of a previous issue, after 20 seconds, it appeared he became annoyed with us. He said sorry and walked away. They removed a $13 drink from the tab. (The meal was $14 – total spite.) We eat here at least 2 times per month and its typically awesome but our last couple experiences were not good (food poisoning, trash in food..) and now sadly we wont be going back. The bald manager (he never gave his name) needs some customer service training or a new job.

I thoroughly appreciate a restaurant that offers a versatile menu that is able to accommodate dietary restrictions. I appreciate when these items are clearly marked on the menu even more. What I do not appreciate, however, is when the server decides to go on a rant about gluten, more specifically that eating gluten-free is some sort of a farce. As a person with celiac disease, I can assure everyone that consuming gluten comes with very destructive consequences and should be taken very seriously. I ordered a salad and did not feel comfortable eating it since I did not feel confident that the server communicated the dietary need to the kitchen (the menu states the item can be altered to accommodate specific restrictions). The restaurant itself was a lovely spot and it would have been much more pleasant if I felt confident that my food was safe to eat. Eating at restaurants is something that I rarely do and this experience is a large reason why.

First things first, the service was great! Very good drink list and the atmosphere and tables are very comfortable. Scallops were good and the clam chowder didn’t disappoint. However, the prime rib special came out cold with sides to match. Wasn’t impressed unfortunately….

Considering that it is in the middle of a strip mall (an unlikely place for a good restaurant), Aiden Park is the opposite of what you might expect. It is good! Quite good, in fact. Large portions abound, and the quality of the food and drink is high.

Regular food is good during regular hours (probably 4 stars). Easter buffet was awful, bad service, bad food. Everything was dry. I have had better buffets in hotel lobbies for 10$. If you are charging 42$ a person. The food and service threshold should be LEVELS higher. Dont do breakfast/brunch or any food if you arent going to put to the same standard as what is usually served. I wont be back, better and cheaper options in the area

We held a surprise 50th birthday party for our daughter yesterday, Sunday July 2nd at Alden Park in the small event room. We can’t say enough about working with Brian, the event manager, who was so helpful in coordinating our event. Thanks to Doug the Host, Amira the manager of the day, our absolutely phenomenal server KYLIE and the amazing bartender that day who all went out of their way to accommodate our every wish & need, our birthday party was true perfection. Thank you Alden Park

My wife and I went out to dinner. We started out with the fried calamari with the garlic aioli and it was very good. It also had a little bit of fried shrimp, fried jalapenos, and fried red onions in it, delicious. Then came the main course * my wife had the Alden Park Burger, rare. I had one of the daily specials which was stuffed haddock with sundried tomato pea risotto. The stuffed haddock had a nice seafood stuffing, and it was drizzled with Cajun lobster sauce, and topped with asparagus spears.I have to say, this should be a regular entree on the menu because it was absolutely delicious. I love this restaurant, the food choices are plentiful and the atmosphere is really nice.
