I loved this place! The name is American but it’s a Chinese restaurant. The food was very good and the place was clean, tidy and beautiful. It was very hot outside but inside the restaurant the temperature was pleasant. Will definitely be back!

Nothing gourmet here. Most everything went straight into the trash. Chow mein didn’t have a singular noodle in it. It was just a mushy chicken and cabbage soup. Scallion pancakes were burnt cardboard scraps. $70 was spent on the nastiest Chinese food I’ve experienced in my life.

The food I got was good, however the value I felt I paid for it wasn’t. I got the lunch special chicken lo mein, it was flavorful and tender with the hot and sour soup. However, it’s unusual to pair noodles with rice. It didn’t occur to me I’d be getting half portions of both noodles and rice.

One of the best Chinese restaurants in all of New York, from Long Island to the 5 boroughs of NYC, I’ve tried most of the. EST spots, and Albert’s Mandarin Gourmet restaurant is great, I highly recommend! Located in Huntington Village

Food was good but the service was not. Two waiters were very rude and sarcastic about everything. When our party of six left, we made sure to tell the owner. He replied that one waiter had the reputation of being a wise guy. Not going back anytime soon.

A great step back in time! White Tablecloths, A pot of tea with teacups, fried noodles with duck sauce and mustard… Yeah if you’ve been to one of those in the past and missed it … Come to Huntington Village… It’s great and just what you remember…

Classic old style chinese restaurant. They still bring free tea and chips with the dipping sauces. Decor also goes along with the old style chinese restaurant. Large place. Popular. Had chicken with broccoli in a brown sauce. A classic. Was decent. Sauce was not oily and not too much corn starch. Just right. Chicken was a little rubbery. Service was decent too

The beef sticks were very good. The wanton soup is the absolute worst, like it was in a fridge for 3 days waiting to be thrown out. I called to tell them and I was told people like their wanton soup. I was not offered any kind of satisfaction. When a restaurant does not offer to make it right that tells you something. I will never go there again. They lost my trust to let them prepare my food. Yes, I’m surprised too.

The food here is great! They have a large menu and a nice atmosphere. They offer takeout. Occasionally I go inside to order takeout and wait at the bar. They just add the drink to my take-out order receipt and keep the free mixed nuts coming as I wait. Lots of people have birthday dinners here and the staff is very nice. The price is slightly higher then you average strip mall Asian food place but it’s worth it!

This was our first time ever visiting this restaurant. We were visiting from out of state and was incredibly impressed with the food and service we received. It is unfortunate that there are no locations near my home or we would be regulars.
