4.5⭐️ Best food in Cleveland Clinic that I ate over the many days there. Love Genie’s platter. Had the paleo plate one day and it was good but not as good as Genie’s. Love the variety and esp the cauliflower and turnips on the Genie’s platter. Only complaint would be it could have more chicken. One of the 3 times I got it they did seem to put more but only once. See the pictures to compare.

I’ve gotten takeout after work a couple times, and a big upside is their wide range of open hours. The service has always been pretty quick, and the food is great! Everything I’ve tried had the feel of fresh ingredients, and I can’t recommend the place enough – especially if you work for or are passing through the Cleveland Clinic!

I’m not Lebanese, but I love Lebanese food. It’s not the kind of food I grew up on, but it’s become a kind of comfort food to me. There’s something so satisfying about sharing a baba and pita with loved ones. Although this location is a food counter at the hospital, the food feels authentic. The staff were also friendly and helpful.

The women that took my order and made my smoothie was very rude and unprofessional. She was rolling her eyes and refused to say you’re welcome. She gave me a smoothie that was overflowing through the lid and was a mess and obviously could care less. I had to ask her for napkins to clean it up. Will not be ordering from here again. You can thank your unfriendly staff for that. Why work in customer service and behave in that manner. 5/21/23 4:15pm.

The Dijon wrap was very tasty, and my wife loved the homemade hummus. Dany is very friendly and our chat with him made the experience even nicer. If you find yourself at the Clinic, go find Aladdin’s.

The employee taking order was old and rude. Asked for tip at time of order . Why Tip for carry out ? Why don’t you increase your price ? Shameless! The soups are mostly Broth no Chilli or Lentil. It’s a rip off! . Avoid if you can!. Plenty of other options available at Cleveland Clinic !

I’ve eaten here 3 times over the past couple of months and each time has been sad. The good thing about this place is that it’s open when the cafeteria is closed. The bad thing about it is that it makes you wish the cafeteria was open.

Aladdin’s used to be one of my favorite restaurants that I frequented on weekly basis. Over the last year or so, I have watched the quality of the food plummet little by little. Today, I ordered what was one of my favorite soups, chicken chilli, and it was horrendous. I have been highly disappointed by the food in the past year, but today was the last straw for me. Horrible…
