Prime rib on Saturdays and we finally got there early enough to get one. We split a 16 ounce, thank goodness. Good meal and took good care of us.

When the breakfast Ala Carte closes, the staff moves next door to the Ala Carte After Hours which is a bar/restaurant. Good food, especially the smoked brisket and western burger. The Oriental Chicken salad is full of chicken and almonds as well as oranges. Staff is courteous and friendly. They also have a big back room for meetings or parties. Lots of TV’s and they will change a channel for requests.

Took almost and hour for a “15 minute” spaghetti dinner order. When asked how much longer it would be, an employee stated “the spaghetti isn’t fully cooked yet.” On the night that they do spaghetti dinners, don’t really understand the logic there.
