What can I say besides an amazing experience and an equally delicious meal. We were greeted with cheer as we arrived. And seated promptly in the urban loft style dining room with the pasta making station in the kitchen has glass windows so one can watch the pasta being prepared fresh. The table service was impeccable, everyone made sure that we were satisfied, but not overwhelmingly. It was my birthday and besides the short rib ravioli which I highly recommend, they surprised me with what I believe to have been the best tiramisu that I have ever tasted. It was moist and the perfect balance of cafe to sugar ratio. Thank you sharing your passions.

– The food is overpriced, oily, and definitely not worth the money. We had 6 bowls of past and 3 drinks for $250. I am happy to spend money on quality food but this certainly isn’t it. The cook of the pastas was not consistent. Some were mushy and others al dente. The flavors were indistinct. Dishes that presented as vegetable forward hardly had any vegetables. After eating here I am left wondering how this place has 4.8 stars. I feel like I am being generous with my 3.

Place is nice and the services is great. The restaurant was just opened in November last year. Liked the ambiance and the service was very friendly. However, the food was disappointing. We ordered the duck and the cavatelli and was a lot of pasta and the meat was next to non existent. I don’t think I would go back.

The best carbonara I’ve ever had. The house made pasta was cooked perfectly and coated with a delicious creamy sauce, highlighted with fresh, thinly sliced pancetta and a few turns of freshly ground black pepper. Superb. We also loved the braised short ribs over risotto. The meat was fork tender and served in a rustic preparation of tomatoes, onions and herbs. The chicken with mushrooms was also excellent and hearty. The Siciliana salad featuring crisp green beans and tomatoes in a vinaigrette was a fresh and light accompaniment to the meal. The restaurant features an open concept kitchen, enabling diners to see the busy food prep. There is a small bar and indoor and outdoor seating (with heat lamps). The inside does get very loud. Highly recommended for rustic, southern Italian cuisine.

Came here for valentines and had the prix fix menu. Downside was we didn’t know it was prix fix when making reservation (made resos here because it was one of the few that seemed like it wasn’t prix fix). Upside lots of options on their prix fix, so that was pleasant. All the food was delicious, we were seated promptly with minimal wait, and the service was attentive and efficient.

This place was great! We ordered the charcuterie board, sausage pasta, and some drinks! The portions are pretty big – we shared those two things and it was plenty for two adults. The service was great too! We will definitely be back! I took the photo after we were done but you get the idea!!

Al Dente is a great new spot, with authentic and delicious Italian food! Everything I tried was so fresh, and I love the open kitchen concept where you can watch fresh pasta being made. The interior is decorated so well, and the back patio is a great space! When you first walk in, you might think there isn’t much seating but the back patio, if you walk through the restaurant, is huge. I could see them having live music out there in the summer! Definitely make plans to stop in and try Al Dente, I already can’t wait to go back
