Akita sushi began in the early weeks 2014 after three year of making sushi for friends and family. We had inspired from all the positive feedback we received from loved ones and from small events. We took part in our local church events annually. After working as a sushi chef at various restaurants I gained plenty of experience, that was key when creating a delicate cuisine such as sushi. My talents landed me an amazing opportunity as Head chef at Blushrawbar, I have decided to create my own unique amazing sushi Experience accompanied by co-funder of AKITA SUSHI Salomon we are anxiously waiting to completely satisfy all sushi lovers expectations and even more. Great sushi spot right by campus! The indoor seating is there with a few tables and a bar that seats about 5-6 people. They were friendly and the service was fast! I will be making this a more regular place on my list. I had the lion king and the rainbow roll and both were good, and also really big size! Price was very reasonable as well!

Got one of my rolls wrong because of the Spanish English barrier but it was still alright. Its not bad at all, Mexicans making sushi, sums it all up, if it’s not some ones 62 year old uncle with a cigarette hanging out of his mouth and a beer making Asian food in the kitchen I don’t want it, there’s actual sushi bars in Frisco, it’s only a quick drive, but if your near campus and want some quick okay sushi, give it a try.

Price/quality correlation is perfect, products are always fresh, sushi are not small and not too big, perfect size.
