Hands down, one of the best meals we have ever had. We started with the filet tobinaki and the octopus, if you’re a fan of spicy the octopus is for you. The filet had amazing flavor and we loved the mushrooms that came with it. Then we ordered the scallops on the half shell and the perfect storm roll. The scallops were absolutely amazing! Whatever sauce they pair with it is honestly just to die for. The perfect storm roll was light but flavorful. Then we moved into the 48 hour short rib and wagyu fried rice. Both of these were also incredibly delicious. And we ended the night with the AB cigar, which is just an experience. We also tried a few different cocktails from the menu, all were also very good. And to cap off the evening, service from Keely was just impeccable. Cannot wait to go back!

Akira Back in Delray Beach is now our favorite restaurant to eat at in the entire US. I know that’s saying a lot, but it’s accurate. Everything is professional and top notch, from being greeted at the table within a minute, to the waiters (our waiter Justin was amazing) excellent service and description of any menu item you ask them about. The food presentation of course is what you’d expect from a Michelin Star restaurant. But what brings this experience to the top of our list, undoubtedly is the food!! Every single item had your taste buds exploding with pleasure and just when you thought it couldn’t get any better, here comes the next time you ordered. The food was fresh, savory, light and delicious! A manager checked on us and every table throughout the meal to make sure everything was wonderful, and it was! We are locals, and we will now be dining at Akira in a monthly basis!

Delicious food , great service and a delightful experience. Nibbles, conservation, excellent drinks, stellar service. It is rare when you can go and have such food without being overwhelmed by staff or an uneven experience. Inside the vibe is cool and moody. I’ve been to the branches of this international chain restaurant in İstanbul, Dubai, Las Vegas , Paris and Seychelles before , now it is great to have them in Delray . The general manager Mr. Matthew Moll is a real experienced professional and very successful in customer satisfaction. Highly recommend checking this place out .

PHENOMENAL experience! First off- Our server savannah was so incredible and made our night. I have not experienced service like this in a very long time. She was a breath of fresh air. Everyone was great, from the hostess to the manager making us feel so welcome. THE FOOD. Wow. Everything we ordered was out of this world. I could go on and on about how amazing this place was. This place really lives up to its name and I’m just so incredibly happy we chose to come here. also please do not leave without ordering the tuna pizza- it’s insane

My husband and I went here last night and had a great experience. He has a shellfish allergy and there were plenty of options for him to choose from. Our waitress Karissa was wonderful. It was our first time here and she took the time to go over each section of the menu with recommendations. The food and drinks were delicious! We shared the cow how roll then he had the Tobanyaki and I had the scallops. Everything was cooked perfectly. We will definitely be coming back.

I love to read reviews, and same way I want to provide good information. This restaurant is a must try. Everything is great here, ambience, food, service… you can’t ask for more. The place is beautiful, the music and ambience on point. Food was amazing, the menu has great options so you will feel to share not to eat alone. We ordered Wagyu fried rice (best of the best) lobster tempura, perfect storm roll, Wagyu tacos and hot mess roll.
