Honestly a cute little hole in the wall restaurant. They are a small business but honestly was blown away by the quality and quantity of the food. The price was very fair we paid about $30+ but the amount of food we got was above expectations. The decor is cute and quaint with Asian aesthetics covered around. We had the chicken tempura roll with honey chicken and onion soup. The Mrs. had steak habachi with miso soup. Good job guys!

Pleasantly surprised to find this little gem. The sketchy looking parking lot is not indicative of the good food inside! Our waitress was attentive and the food was excellent. I got the steak teriyaki dinner box and my husband got the steak katsu dinner box. We also got some sushi rolls (bulldog, Alaska, and tuna). It was all delicious! The tempura was cooked perfectly and, as you can see, so was the steak. The only thing I didn’t care for was the filling in the gyoza, but that was just personal preference. Definitely recommend

Pretty good. The fried rice is different from what I’m used to but it wasn’t bad. Definitely plan to eat here again. I will say that the sushi rolls seemed smaller than other places but I ordered to go so maybe that has something to do with it.

I got the Dynamite roll (left) and Jalapeño roll (right). Good fast service and food. Ps: don’t let the dark shady parking lot scare you off, it’s not their fault. I would definitely recommend them.

Really the best sushi in Ocala! My daughter and I went to Aki for Mother’s Day. We both ordered a Special Box — and neither of them disappointed. My teriyaki steak was cooked perfectly. The Box Special comes with some extra fried shrimp and veggies, which were fantastic. Plenty of food. My daughter had the teriyaki chicken and it too was hot and fresh. Service was attentive but not intrusive. Overall a great experience.

I feel like every time we go to Aki it’s great, however we ordered to go hibachi tonight and EW. My shrimp and veggies were cased in this thick slimy sauce and after one bite (the texture almost made me throw up) i threw everything away.
