We have ordered their amazing tamales to take home an freeze for holidays or events. But this was the first time we dined in. We had the shrimp tacos, mushroom taco and a brisket taco with the sides of pinto beans and macaroni and cheese. They were nearly out of pinto beans(which the little serving container was nearly full still) but they said since it wasn’t a full order, they gave us the baked beans for free. The baked beans were some of the best I’d ever eaten!!! The food wasn’t very hot, I’m sure it was because they were nearly closing and they keep some of the sides in roasting appliances, which likely get turned off a bit before closing. Understandable. Anyway, these tacos are the kind you crave! I wanted more even two hours later, and the next day! We will absolutely be back!!!

My family was excited to try AJs as we had heard many good things. We made the drive out for their wing special. They were sold out of wings by 6pm. No problem I ordered a taco salad instead. What I received was little more than a bowl of shredded iceberg lettuce surrounded by tortilla chips for $9. Very little meat and almost no cheese. Would not recommend their taco salad.

Never been here u til my friend Zach took me. Big congrats to him for getting this place from a food truck to last year over 600,000 in profit for such a small town. For such a good turn around hopefully they can expand. Zach was very proud of himself. Got 2 taco trays ground beef and pork….can’t beat that deal. Everyone send congrats to Zach roach for all he’s done for them

I had the susage and brisket with green beans and rice. I also had the pulled pork nachos and all was good. Really liked the green beans and susage and would also return for the brisket. Nachos were truly loaded

AJ and his staff are always friendly and considerate of their customers. They are quick, like fast food but much better quality. They have a decent kids menu and a lot of sides, which is great if you have picky eaters. Family friendly. Serves alcohol. Occasional live music.
