The absolute worst service imaginable. They close for breakfast at 11. No brunch. Hostess is rude. They don’t take reservations. Stayed at the hotel all weekend for my wedding. Where we had 40 out of town guests spending tons of money. And spending money on having the wedding there you would think they would be more accommodating. We have them 2 + hour notice for a party of 16. Told they don’t have enough servers and that they could seat some of us. The restaurant was fairly empty. We were in no hurry. We simply just wanted to eat. Manager was rude and unaccommodating. Take your money elsewhere.

Stayed at the Crowne Plaza where this restaurant is located. Got the club sandwich which was very good. After traveling all day, it was very nice and relaxing, just what I needed. There was also a solo women singer there that helped set a mood of kick back and relax.

Really disappointed in this place. We were at the hotel for a Friend’s wedding. They had called ahead for brunch for a group of 16. We told them again 2 hours before that we had a large group. When we showed up at 10:00am, we were notified that they did not have the staff to accommodate our group. We went down the street to San Tan brewery, and they seated us immediately, and the service was great!

I spent about two weeks here. The food in their cafe (AJ’s) was excellent, every day, as was the service. They were there to take the plates when we were done, unlike some places where they couldn’t care less and let them pile up. The mashed potatoes were great. I’m not a dessert eater but I splurged. Everybody seems to love their lemon squares and the apple squares were equally as good. Really good. They have The Best Coffee on the planet. Friendly servers but professional. I can’t say a bad thing about this place. It’s a lovely hotel, lovely cafe – I’ll be back.

Came in at 8:03pm on 1/6/22 to get a dessert for my 3 year old daughter. When we got inside she was so excited at the cookies and cupcakes she saw. The person behind the counter was busy throwing a bunch of baked goods in the garbage when he rudely said, “I decided to close at 8pm today.” I assume he had something better to do. Maybe there was a Law and Order rerun he was missing. I expect better from AJs especially when there was a case of desserts available.

We always have our breakfast here, and it’s amazing! Although you have do much food to pick from but my favorite breakfast is the fruit parfait! Really good! Clean environment, good atmosphere, friendly workers, and price is really reasonable!
