It is opened for dine in and requires reservation. No walk in accepted. I was able to reserve a table on same day. Food is delicious. Claim soup is very flavor. Sashimi is fresh. There is only one server. Therefore need to be patient. Order is via a tablet. Dine in has a different menu than take out. Take out dishes can’t be ordered for dine in.

I got lucky and was able to dine-in today. The restaurant just started opening up and requiring reservations for dine-in this week! There were no skewers on the menu anymore but we were very happy with their creamy mentai udon, sashimi salad and fried chicken cutlet. Would definitely come back again soon.

Ajito is more of your hole in the wall type vibe for Japanese Izakaya. It is located in a non descript old, tiny, strip mall. Despite passing by this place many times… I seriously had no clue it would serve yummy Izakaya food.

The squid is very tasty! The pork belly with grated radish on top give it a nice touch! The snapper and rice in the fish broth is very yummy. The servers are friendly and very helpful! Overall it’s a nice Japanese tapa place!

They currently only have takeout. The menu is pretty big with some inventive dishes. The food is delicious (even after you take it home). The Salmon Poke, the seafood bento, and the chicken bento are all great. For appetizers the akedashi tofu and chicken wings are great as well.

A yakitori restaurant, with kind of a dark ambience which I didn’t quite enjoy. As with almost all yaki styled restaurants, the ventilation is always a problem, felt like we were in the kitchen. Ordered a good variety of appetizers. Tell you the truth, nothing stood out. The dishes were all very average, chicken skewers were so so, the rice balls were extremely salty, though the rice was ok tasting. Beef tongue was tough. Kind of disappointing!

We started with the shishito peppers and followed with the Wednesday special 5pc Nigiri sushi and spicy chicken. Everything tasted fabulous. The nigiri was fresh and the chicken was just the right spice. Had a few happy hour Sapporo’s. We added the smelt which awesome also.
