I really enjoyed my first time at Ajian Sushi! It’s a make-your-own sushi similar to a subway or chipotle style of “design your own food” restaurant.

My order was delivered through a delivery service. I ordered the pineapple and peanut rice bowl. I requested no onions or peppers. When my order arrived, there were onions and peppers in my rice bowl. Since I do not like either, I didn’t eat it. I also ordered a sushi roll. The flavor was good but only had rice on one side of the roll. Very disappointing for the price they charge. Personally I think grocery store sushi is better.

Just ate here for the first time. You will be hard pressed to find a better tasting sushi in Tuscaloosa. Great value. Cool atmosphere.

Good fast-food sushi! You pick what you want in the sushi wrap, and they make it for you. I got the raw tuna wrap with cream cheese, avocado, and cucumber, and crab salad on top. Make sure to specify if you want the rice or the seaweed on the outside of the sushi. Overall, a really great place for casual, quick sushi.

Best sushi in town! Atmosphere is nice, service is good, prices are cheap for the quality you get, and the sushi is amazing. For less than $9, you can customize a maki roll to your tastes and it’s made fresh right in front of you. The original tuna and salmon is really good, but I really like the spicy tuna and salmon that they have. Fresh, delicious, fast service, just amazing. Love this place!
