This place is located adjacent to a gas station of Semoran Blvd close to the Orlando airport. We ordered the Parrilla Especial, which has steak, chicken, sausage and pork. Our 3 sides were white rice, frijoles and tostones.

The food is delicious! It’s seafood heaven w amazing flavor. We came for happy hour & you get 2 drinks for the price of one. I got the arroz marisco & it was super good. The food & cocktails are amazing.

Being a Peruvian who cooks most, if not all, dishes, I want to say that I was very impressed with the Lomo saltado. We ordered 1/2 pollo a la brasa, leche de Tigre, and Lomo saltado with chicha morada. I would say the best was the Lomo saltado. Very juicy, the steak and veggies were on point. The chicken was good as well. What surprised me the most were the spicy sauces. You must try them all. But need to ask for them. I will definitely come back.

At Ají express, Dana, Sebas and Jordan are very professional, gentle and kind every time I go to the restaurant. In addition, every plate you guys serve is delicious. I’m a big fan of the Aji restaurants and was very excited for an Aji Express that would offer pollo a la brasa. Overall I consider it a bit expensive for counter service place. After a few months they switched it over to mandatory table service and now you are forced to order from a waiter in a super casual environment. The food seems to take a long time for “Express”. They don’t even have a restroom within the establishment and you are forced to use the restroom within the convenience store next door that is very dirty and smelly.

For “Express” they don’t have anything, the food took so long almost an hour and in the middle of our dinning they came to move us to the seats because they needed another big table. They need a good manager to be more organized. Good location, good for business but they need to learn more administration and to be more professional. It is a Peruvian Restaurant but this in not Peru.
