We were traveling through Roswell and came in late, 10 minutes before closing time and we were still treated with care and kindness even though we kept them late. Our Hibachi cook was obviously from Jamaica but was a very good cook. Nothing fancy just real good cooking. I recommend A&J to anyone who wants good cooking anytime.

We came in about 45 minutes before closing and was told we needed to order off the menu because it was too late to have the hibachi experience. That was totally fine and understandable. What I didn’t like was that there was not a kid menu option for my two young children. We ordered our meal and luckily, my kids, hibachi chicken came out good and was tasty. My New York Strip steak however, was overcooked, not medium as I ordered and COLD! I wondered if it was leftovers that had been warmed up. Service was awful and they seemed annoyed that we came in 45 minutes before closing. Ambiance is very odd, dark and unwelcoming. It was an expensive mistake trying this place out. Would not recommend.

We went for mother’s day and was expecting our experience to be nice but we left with sour stomaches. We had to wait a bit to be seated because they thought we wanted a grill seat but they didn’t ask until they finally seated us if we wanted a table or not. Then we waited a while again to get some service and when we finally did, We all went ahead and ordered at the moment everything we wanted. The food and drinks came out right away though and we dug in as soon as it was placed in front of us. There was a huge party at a grill table so I think they were prioritized over everyone else. The waitress was nice and they occasionally asked if everything was good. My grandma isn’t used to this type of food and ended up getting sick midway into us eating. My boyfriend and I liked our food but then as soon as we got home all three of us ended up getting diarrhea and grandma and I ended up vomiting twice. It took the three of us til today to feel better and eat regularly again. We will not be eating here again most likely…. Also I get that Roswell is a small town but this establishment is located in a small area so there’s not a lot of good parking as well.

Was seated right away at hibachi. But waited an hour for the chef. After chef was all said and done, our lunch turned into an over two hour mission. Food wasnt bad. Staff was very friendly and lovely. It was very quiet, no music or anything to keep us entertained while we waited an hour.

Full disclosure I went in about 15 minutes before closing. I honestly did not realize that this was a functioning restaurant. I have lived in Roswell almost 4 and 1/2 years and the entire time thought that this place is closed. So I was surprised to hear not only was it open but they offered sushi, to which I’m a huge fan. Stop by there and had some late night sushi. Was not impressed. You did much better off spending your money at Albertsons.

This sushi was amazing and authentic and mostly surprising because I certainly didn’t expect to find sushi of this caliber in freaking Roswell! The drive there did not suggest we were in the land of high quality Japanese cuisine and this was an absolute treat!

The worst sushi I have ever tasted in my life. So much bread in a tempura sushi! Not sure who is leaving the 5 star reviews because both of our rolls were the same way, you could barely taste what was inside of it because the bread overpowered it so much. Bathroom was super sketchy too.
