When it comes to airport food, I’d be content with an average, or even slightly below average meal. This was on the verge of inedible. I went basic and got the burger, it was the most dry and lean burger I’ve ever had (zero exaggerating). The fries had probably been cooked at least 2 hours before they were served. Friend got the Fish Tacos. He ate half of one of the three tacos, instead of the promised mango salsa, he received the tiniest dash of a few tiny tomato and onion cubes. DONT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE WE DID 🙂

Bartender should pay more attention to all his clients instead of the woman he’s hitting on. Service sucked. There 20 minutes without him waiting on us at the bar! Left and ate at Jolly Pumpkin. Never go to Air Margaritaville again.

Sat at the bar… no one even acknowledged me and once the bartender walked over she was rude and told me to get a drink somewhere else. I will never go back and you should not either. I’ve worked in hospitality for 20 years of my life and the first cardinal rule is to greet someone as they come in. Short staffed or not, whatever excuses you want to make for awful hospitality, you greet someone. Anyone working there could have said hello and that someone would be with me shortly. There was none of that. Huge disappointment!

Sarah was absolutely fantastic. Great spot to stop before going away on vacation. The restaurant is set back in the airport and surrounded by huge windows, allowing in natural light, and a view to the planes taking off. The music sets the tone of the restaurant as it’s up-beat and feels like you are already somewhere tropical, it set the tone for our vacation in a good way. The drinks are good, pricey, but that’s expected in the airport. We did not try any of the food, but it looked appetizing. Stop here before your next tropical trip, it will really get your excited

Incredibly busy but wait staff, bar and kitchen were incredibly fast. Drinks in 3 min, appetizers 5 min after that, and food in 15 minutes. Big thanks to Tomma!!

Food was great, drinks were amazing but I want to give a shout out to our waitress, Ky or Ki, not sure on the spelling. But she was amazing, she took the time to ask us about we’re we were going and whe were from. We had such a pleasant conversation with her. She was so nice. She checked on us multiple times, always smiling and joking with us.
