Went for lunch on a weekday to catch up with friends. Was not terribly crowded. The staff were warm and accommodating. They made recommendations that we were eager to try. Our food came out promptly and with very nice presentation. We did not have room for dessert, but made room as the options were enticing. We would definitely come back for more.

Very Nice cozy, family friendly place. We ordered everything vegetarian & food was very delicious. We loved Age Tofu appetizer. Service was very fast. Servers were polite & honored our dietary restrictions. Our family had a great time having dinner here. We will definitely come back. Thank you!

This place used to be my spot for both Thai food and definitely their sushi. Over the years several chefs, especially the ones who prepare the sushi have come and gone. Unfortunately, the flavors and quality has definitely gone with them. Once in a while I would try it again hoping it’ll be what it used to be. However, after giving it yet another go yesterday, I was highly disappointed— worst ever by far and charged a ridiculous amount. (I bought the some sushi rolls and the pineapple fried rice).

I’ve ordered sushi from Aikou since they opened in our area. At first their food was excellent, but I noticed it was starting to slip. However, we ordered there about a month ago. I told them I have a severe peanut allergy. I ordered Sushi as well as a few other items on the menu including Chicken Lo Mein. I had one bite of the chicken lo mein and immediately knew that their was some sort of peanut product in there. My husband tried it and confirmed the peanut flavor. My husband calmly called to clarify and ask about the possibility of cross contamination. Aikou insisted it wasn’t possible and claimed that they had no manager available on a Friday night! I wound up using my epi-pen and having to go to the ER all night to the next day. I then called Aikou the next evening (Saturday night), and I calmly explained the situation and my concerns. I also asked for a refund, as we did not continue to eat the food after I became incredibly ill. The person on the phone yelled at me and added that they have no management that cares about my complaints. I tried calling the next week, but after more profanities were thrown my way, I just gave up. I realize food allergies can be hard to accommodate, but I would have liked them either to say, “we can’t promise that our food will be safe for you,” or just an apology and a refund. Since neither of those things happened, and I was verbally abused by the restaurant, I will no longer be soliciting it. I am writing this to warn others with food allergies and to point out that this is just lousy customer service.

Goodness, I Love this place. This is my second time ordering from here and I can’t wait for the third. There’s a magic behind the rolls and the Lo Mein. Fresh, clean, and safe food and I’m happy to have the ability to order from them during the midst of Covid; they’ve earned my trust. If anyone deserves to have an attitude when you place an order here, it’s the young guy that picks up to take your order/inquiry. Do not underestimate them or this review.
