We have a lot of Mexican joints under our belt….200+ and this did us a solid….Service was good, food was delicious….but the beans did us wrong….just weren’t that good….everything else wasn’t bad at all.

I always go here it used to be one of my go to favorites. However today I decided to ask for the receipt. They never give me my receipt. I never asked for it and I usually think well the money should be right or the change should be right. Normally I wouldn’t ask but I noticed that the manager!!!! Or the lady working the cashier at the drive-thru said she was the manager. So then why did the manager give me only $9… I was supposed to have 9.93… a while back I had noticed when I spent $10 and only got one taco she only gave me $4 and change.. I didn’t think much of it. So today I thought I would ask for the receipt to see just how much the taco was or if she’s stealing my money. I REPORT DO NOT GO HERE!!! THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY!!! I HAD ASSUMED THIS WAS A GOOD ESTABLISHMENT HOWEVER I WAS WRONG. NO TELLING HOW MUCH THEY HAD TAKEN !! I WENT INSIDE AND TOLD HER YOU MESSED UP AND DIDN’T GIVE ME MY FULL CHANGE.. SHE RAN!! To the register to get my money.. she did not apologize or anything. I recommend it if you want your money’s worth go somewhere else

Jalisco is just one of the restaurants that make you glad. Great food, great service, and amazing prices. Sometimes I’m just blown away at how good this place is with prices as low as they are. It just goes to show that a restaurant does not have to gouge it’s customers to offer good food and service. I don’t know how they do it, but what what ever their secret is, I wish a lot of other restaurants would learn from them.

It’s a great environment to eat at. However when ordering at the window or by phone they never answer the phone so if your in a hurry forget eating and I ordered at the window and every time I order they forget something or give me something I didn’t ask for. I have stomach issues and I ordered a healthy plate grilled fish and they didn’t give me any carrots instead they gave me fried rice horrible I didn’t eat anything from my plate I wasted $14 and the fish had no taste I ordered guacamole and they put too much onion when I hate onion they used to make it on the spot now they have it premade and it comes with onion even if u don’t want onion.

I hate leaving negative reviews..but gotta save some of you from disappointment…we arrived right before Sunday’s lunch hour. We were greeted by friendly staff but after ordering it went down hill from there.. we ordered basic breakfast and then sat and waited for over 40 mins for basic eggs and beans.. The restaurant wasn’t full by any means.. When the food arrived it was bland and simply had no flavor. We had to send the food back for serving us the wrong order. We wanted to give this place a chance but it was a disappointment. I highly suggest saving your time and money and going somewhere else..

Use to be one of our favorite places for Happy hr. decided to give it a second chance. Stop going awhile back service was terrible had to flag down our server or in our case any server for service they were absolutely rude. Ordered queso it looked more like soup very watery dissatisfied also order nachos worst bean and cheese nachos beans were on the bottom than the chips and cheese on top horrible not nasty at all beans were terrible!!! Ordered Margaritas worst margaritas we’ll not go there again!!!!
