This place has the best Taco Tues night in the valley. The service sometimes is a little off. It does get busy so I know frustrating at times. But your in the customer. Service industry. The servers who rush table and act a put off bc you ask questions about the food and ingredients. I’ve worked in Restaurants for 25 years as a chef and manager. If my staff cannot recite every ingredient or how the meal is prepped from back of house to front of house then I’ve failed. I think it’s important for managers and chefs to regularly have staff training of the menu front to back. Other than this one issue the atmosphere and the night life they offer are amazing. The food is delicious and not overly priced. The cocktails and margaritas are supreme.

It had been a few years since I dined in Agave. And it was decent. I was there for their taco Tuesday night. The tacos were tacos, but by far better then anything you would get at Taco Bell. lol…. The service was great. But the atmosphere in there was extremely loud, making it difficult to have a conversation.

I give them 1 star for their delicious beef tacos, but the tortillas? Don’t get me wrong i’ve had them before and they are to die for, but our hostess said they weren’t ready. To be fair we had just sit down, so we were just going to wait, but we kept respectfully asking if they were ready, and she said they were still mixing the dough. Just so you know she said the same thing when we walked in, and this was an hour later! We just accepted it but what we saw while walking out was so appalling!! We saw every table with 1+ baskets of tortillas, and a women making and delivering fresh tortillas!! Let me tell you something that was even worse, we saw our own server delivering tortillas to another table! I realize that this is a server problem, and the restaurant is outstanding. Please don’t be like this any servers reading this.

The food is good. Large variety menu, including Salmon. Complimentary hand made tortilla’s and salsa. A woman hand presses tortilla’s at the restaurant front. Delicious! We were there on a Tuesday night for their Taco Night. Very tasty, with home-made tortilla shells. Many ppl were eating food other than the Taco’s. The place was packed with people

Upscale Mexican in the Beaver Creek area. We weren’t that hungry, so ordered appetizers, they were very large with fresh and homemade ingredients and uniquely prepared. We shared a Queso dip, I had pork Taquitos which came with 3 fried Taquitos smothered in lettuce, cheese, guacamole and more. My fiance had the Carne Asada Tostaditas with slices of Tenderloin on tostaditos with avocado, corn salsa and fresh veggies.

We stopped here after snowboarding. We quit early and had a late lunch/ early dinner. We were only ones in the place. There was chairs still stacked on top of tables and seemed like they were closed. I even asked. “ Are you open”? The guy said yea, we are open. The service was decent but food wasn’t very good at all. My wife got the Mahi-mahi tacos . An no way was that fish Mahi-mahi. We use to catch our own mahi-mahi when lived in South Florida. The fish itself wasn’t edible! It was very fishy and slimy. Kinda looked like fish out of a can. I would not waste your time with this place. There to many nice places to eat at in Beaver Creek.

mmmmmmmmmmmmm, i’m lovin it so much I had to take a photo on my quintuple camera Huawei. Overall, these tortilla chips where quite exquisite. The dryness of it just gets me going. Then combined with the bowl of what the stuff made my mouth explode full of flavors. Not only can you feel the dryness but you can see it full on.
