Yak Attack! (Locally Raised 1/2lb Yak Burger)
We’ve sourced ground Yak from a local rancher, and it’s lean and delicious!! We use a light Mongoloian style spice rub on a 1/2lb lean ground Yak burger patty, cook it your way and put it between a Brioche bun, then layer with tomatoes, spicy snackin’ pickles, American cheese and our house made Asian styled slaw with ‘Mongo Sauce’ (yeah, we made that up, it’s sweet and spicy!)

Notes: The Yak has much better stats than Skinless Chicken or Salmon, not to mention Beef, Bison, or other Red Meat. Yak is very ‘nutrient dense’, much lower in calories than most other meats. Yaks have adapted to survive in high altitudes, their blood carries much more oxygen (and nutrients) because of this.

I’m pretty disappointed, honestly. I think I may have been given the wrong burger entirely. I ordered it medium well and it is definitely medium rare. Wrong bun, wrong toppings. Way, way over seasoned with garlic. The toys and cake were good, thankfully, so I didn’t starve.

Bland for an expensive burger over $30 for an unseasoned overcooked burger. I was excited to try a burger place ive never ordered from. But for the tast should have just gotten fast food.

The big bald guy that owns the place, or thinks he does, is a poor excuse for a human, much less qualified for any kind of customer service. The way he talks to people, which included me, is absolutely awful. I ended up not eating there. And never will. And will steer family and friends away. Good job tough guy.

Ordered was missing other half of my wings. Sandwiches as well were overcooked and Burger was really sloppy and soggy. I had to throw most of it away and wasn’t able to eat sliders due to being dry. Spent $65 and maybe was able to eat $10 worth of it. Highly disappointed in the quality of the food.
