The food was very tasty. There were so many choices that I had a hard time making up my mind on what I wanted. I came around lunch time so it was very busy. I stood in line for about 30-35 min. There were 3 ladies serving customers. Whoever is taking your order is the one you have to pay. I noticed everyone was paying cash. I had cash as well, so I’m not sure if they accept card. The toilet was very clean.

THE FOOD!! I haven’t had authentic Ghanaian food in a long time, and this was just amazing! A friend recommended the restaurant to us and I was beyond impressed.

Food was good but if you’re not african make sure you know what is expected with your order I was “offered” something that was supposed to come with my meal. food was delicious though.

The lady with the gold tooth charged me $11 for the smallest container of plain rice!!! How in the world can a small container of rice with no meat no nothing cost $11???? She was very rude and rushed me to order. The customer service at this place is horrible to say the least! This was my first experience having African food and it definitely will be my last especially from THIS place!

Delicious food. A taste of home. The Caribbean, Puerto Rican and Dominican palate will find a home here.

Traditional west African food located conveniently in the Bronx. I always get the okra soup with fufu. I’ve tried the jelloff rice but it doesn’t compare to Nigerian jelloff so I wouldn’t recommend it. I’ve also tried the peanut soup but it was way too oily for me. I would suggest you take your food to go as the dining area is extremely tight and is quite dark. They currently have a plumbing problem (toward bathroom) where the floor is soaking wet as if the beginning on entering a lake. That is why I did not give a 4 star. Definitely a safety hazard and they have no sign up informing you. So be careful while walking.
