This was my first time giving this place a try. Never again. Right off the bat we were told to just have a seat. Menu was taken to us a while after we were seated. The waitress just dropped it off no comment no welcome, no offer for any drinks. What kind of service is that. Two other race folks walked in they were seated by a waitress given a menu asked for a drink. A family of other race walked in were seated given a menu. This will make anyone who is other race feel discriminated by other hispanics themselves. We were still looking at the menu since it was the first time. Waitress with glasses came and asked if we were ready we said no we need time. Didn’t bother to ask what we were interested in or any drinks again or if we want some time , was just plain rude. Overall I believe service should improve, we’re in 2023 to be having this discrimination. I hope this gets escalated for improvements.

It’s a great hole in the wall restaurant. The food is fabulous and priced really low for what you get. Why pay for fast food when you can get a great tasty meal here? I stop here whenever I’m in the area for work.

We came here today first time and the waiter was so rude and she forgot to add another pupusa, she had a attitude the whole time seemed very annoyed when we told her that we still needed one more pupusa, they only brought half of our food and we waited 40 minutes for one pupusa that she still didnt bring.we waited so long, was being ignored and to the point that we didnt want the food anymore we just wanted to leave.Definitely not coming back they need to seriously wake up and do better.

The fried ice cream was spoiled and the tortilla was definitely fried with old oil. The customer service was even more appalling and the manager refused to give any discount or replacement. The servers were rude and dishonest and tried to justify the poor quality. We are frequent customers and usually like the food but the service has unfortunately deteriorated. Definitely not coming back anytime soon and would not recommend eating here.

This is a favorite when I’m visiting family in Gaithersburg. The pupusas are phenomenal and all the food is top notch. Service is very fast and courteous. One big plus is that when ordering Tacos for takeout they didn’t pack them up and let them steam in a box while I was on the way. They were made when I arrived and by the time I was done ringing up the tacos were ready to go. They are best when very fresh!

The food was great, nice taste and wonderful texture and presentation to everything you expect, got the fajitas and they delivered. I Will hoever knock off one star because service there has been mixed, leaning more towards the positive, out of three visits, in one our server clearly did not want us there. But since that appears to have been only one employee at one time and not again, the review remains positive, check out the place for yourself

Good for a quick sit down meal. Their food is amazing, always quick for a sit down place! Numerous comfortable booths to sit. Room to put together a large table for larger parties.
