My work bought us pizza on (around, no guarantee that was the date as I clearly reviewed this long after the event) March 6th, today is the first day I’ve had time to actually review this. Pictures pretty much say it all. There was hair IN the pizza. There wasn’t even a way to pull it out because it was literally baked into the crust. Would not recommend, will not eat pizza from there if work buys from them again and will not be going there on my personal time. There are literally dozens of pizza places in this town with similar styles of pizza where I won’t have to worry about ingesting some random person’s hair and god knows what else.

In Jacksonville on business and wanted some pizza. The food was great, but the best part was the customer service. I got a beer while I was waiting on my pizza to cook. When I sat down at a table, I took a sip of my beer and realized that it was warm. I’m not a complainer, plus it had been a long day, so I was going to drink my beer and not say anything. Almost immediately after I sipped my beer, one of the staff members noticed that I was drinking a Stella. He must have been the one that recently stocked the fridge because he asked if my beer was cold enough. I told him that it was warm, and both he and the waitress apologized and brought me an ice cold one, as well as a chilled mug for me to put my warm beer in to cool it off. It is refreshing to know that there are still businesses and employees in the world that care about customer satisfaction. I will definitely be eating here again the next time I am in town!

Pizza was decent. Service was good. Next time will sit outside and eat while fresh. Pizza is never as good after it sits, isn’t fresh anymore, so hopefully enjoy it more on the next try. Location is convenient and the brick work inside looks nice. Outdoor seating is a great option- always prefer being outside whenever possible.

This place is for Italian food. The Best in Jacksonville, NC. Pizza is traditional NY. Great dishes as well. Waitresses are on it. Customer service is fantastic!

So good. Why would you consider going anywhere else in Jacksonville. Not really much I get but pizza and calzones. Always top notch. I always get mine extra well done because that’s what my wife says do it makes it extra hot and I have kids they get other stuff from there they say it’s so good also but I cant write a review for them. And the photos are of the dining room cause food looks like food from a telephone camera. Anyway EAT ABRUZZOS
