This restaurant is a cute little place to enjoy. Shianne was our waitress and was very friendly, helpful, and had a very positive attitude.

Great little mom-n-pop style eatery. We were in for breakfast. Waitress was very attentive and helpful. Coffee was good. I had the sausage gravy and biscuits. I also ordered a side of sausage patties (always do). All three of us found our meals to be truly delicious. Definitely two thumbs up! I did find my portion size to be smaller than I’m used to, but only an observation, not a criticism. I’ll gladly eat here again, and recommend it for anyone.

Underwhelming breakfast and portions were a bit small. The interior of restaurant is dated and in need of a good cleaning and freshening up. Definitely a place for regulars. Service was slow but staff was very polite. Food came out hot and in a timely manner. My omelet was as ordered (charged for every item you add) and hot. The home fries were a bit under done and without any seasoning. My Rye toast was near the end of the loaf being rather small in size.

I’ve never tasted anything quite like it! The menu was filled with innovative dishes that took my taste buds on a wild ride. Each plate was a beautiful masterpiece, and the attention to detail was mind-blowing. The staff was so friendly and genuine, making it a truly enjoyable dining adventure.

We got there a little over an hour and a half before they closed (I didn’t realize til we were already there that the closed at 3). There was only 1 booth of customers in the place and the staff was vacuuming – which I felt was odd since the place was open and there were customers eating. A woman came and gave us our menus and took our drink orders and said our server would be right with us. Our server took a while to come take our order and acted annoyed that we were there. She never came back to check on us, only came back when our check was ready. 2 kids meals, a chicken salad meal, fish and chips, and 3 drinks were over $40 and they were not great. We like supporting small businesses but don’t think I’ll be back. Things seem to have went down hill since I was here last. I could overlook if the food wasn’t great but service was or vice Versa but both were bad today.

Gave this place another chance.. got a breakfast burrito.. all dough and lettuce . the waitress are sweet and very helpful. Food is lacking.. the back entry hall is dirty. Somebody needs to use a mop. The back door is covered with nasty finger prints. Hope the kitchen is cleaner.. yuck!! Won’t be back…

Found another hidden gem! We found Abner’s searching for a diner. When we got to Abner’s there was another family there and the place seemed empty. Abner’s has a large menu with a large variety of choices. It was difficult to decide on something because you might think can everything be good because they don’t seem to specialize in any. We all had a variety of food and everyone was very happy! The stuff was friendly and helpful and the food was delicious

This place is a staple in Old Hilliard, it is a cozy restaurant with superb service. The cooks know how to cook and the bartenders pour a mean drink. I came here with my mom and Sean took great care of us. Make sure to come into this place and see for yourself.
