Ordered a pizza 50/50 received a cheese pizza that was over cooked. I tried to scavenge the cheese but there was no cheese because it was over cooked. Garlic knots were dry and seemed like they were running out of garlic sauce. I called to convey my concern but the manager could only say it was out of her hands even though it was their terribly cooked pizza. If they were a good company they would have offered me a second pizza. I don’t eat pizza often and everyone claims how good this pizza location is, I’d rather save my money.

I liked the pizza and the crust was on par.

Have ordered here “to go” several times. The last 2 out of 3 times we haven’ received what we ordered. A “Skinny Special” is Canadian bacon covered in tomatoes. On a delivery order we got no tomatoes. On the second order I picked it up myself and when ordering expressed we didn’t get tomatoes the last order. When I picked it up the employee opened the box and sure enough no tomatoes. When I asked her for them she said she’d have to charge me for them. When I pointed out they were part of that pizza she went in back and another person begrudgingly threw some in a box and sent me on my way. We did not order from them for a couple of months and then ordered the same pizza again. SUCCESS. We received our pizza, tomatoes and all. The hit and miss service, the lack of customer concerns and eliminating their boasted chicken makes Abby’s a LAST choice for take-out.

I don’t know what happened to this place, but tonight is the last straw, we’ve had 3 bad experiences in a row now and this one takes the cake! Slimey lettuce for our taco pizza (contaminating all of the “fresh” ingredients) and the biggest pizza lover in our house breaking his tooth on actual stone inside the Sicilian pizza, putting him in quite alot of pain. When I called to complain, the manager told me they are corporate owned and the corporation will have to deal with it. So much for family owned small town lie lie lie they try to portray. The refund they promised and never gave does NOTHING for the dental bill to come or the pain. This sucks!

The service was excellent but the pizza is overpriced. We dropped $55 for two 13” pizzas (Hawaiian and pepperoni), 1 bread stick order, no drinks including tip, and something has changed.

Not the Abby’s I remember. We ordered a giant pepperoni pizza with ranch and two salads. The pizza itself had those bubbles all over that no one bothered to pop. Of course no cheese on almost half of it. They don’t read notes when asking for ranch. There’s no way to purchase extra or I would have. And the ranch isn’t Abby’s ranch anymore, it’s Kens. What happened? The salads are really small and in paper packaging, wouldn’t order again. I was looking for that nostalgic experience and was sadly let down. I’ll have to make the trip to Gresham Abby’s next time I’m craving.

I placed an order at the oregon city location, on my way home from work; a lingucia with extra cheese and light sauce cooked well. When I got there they had only made a cheese pizza, I asked for a re-cook because that is not what I ordered. While sitting in the dining area I heard the coworkers talking and when the person who rang it up told the person who took the order that she took it wrong she was extremely rude. Mind you I was within ear shot and heard everything.. when I got home the pizza didn’t have extra cheese and the amount of linguica was so scarce that there was only two bites per peice. Paying over 30.00 for a pizza I would expect better quality and better customer service. I am a general manager in a restraunt myself and I would expect that my staff would act in a more professional manor.

The pizza is overpriced and not very good. The wings are kinda of squishy and meh. They got rid of the salad bar, which was the only reason to go there. The atmosphere is sorely outdated. It’s not horrible if you’re in a pinch, but in general, it’s mediocre, and I’d skip it.

Great pizza. However absolutely the most expensive pizza I’ve ever purchased. Don’t get me wrong I don’t mind paying 28 bucks for a pizza if it’s huge like big enough for 3 full grown men. But when I get a medium sized pizza that’s called a large. For about 32 that seems like a rip off I don’t care how good it is. 67 bucks for 2 medium pizzas that are supposedly large is completely insane. Won’t ever go back. And I picked up no delivery charge just outrageous pricing. Usually get a pizza double that size for 25

Ordered 16 piece chicken at 5pm. Opened the box and the chicken was so dry and old it was like chewing leather. Super irritating after spending $50 had to get something else to feed 5 kids.
