I decided to open A-Town Burgers & Brews because it was something Alliance was lacking. I focused on Alliance nostalgia for the decor — choosing black and white prints of old Alliance buildings and businesses to remind diners of yesteryear. “My overall goal is to give Alliance the crave-able experience of a delicious three-blend burger, give homage to Alliance and bring a little bit of nostalgia back but with a modern twist.”
The building has been a number of businesses over the years like L & K, Ike’s Restaurant, Denny’s, Joy Boys, including WaaDaa Hot Dog Shop complete with a giant hot dog on its roof.The new restaurant is going strong, offering a burger of the month, a large craft beer selection and menu options related to Alliance.

Don’t know what’s happened to this place but the past couple of times here doesn’t leave us wanting to come back. We ate here the other night, they were not busy at all. Food arrived before any silverware did. I had to get up from the table and ask for silverware. No waters to the table. No refills on the drinks. Wife’s food tasted “old.” She had two bites. Bottom of buns were rock hard. Couldn’t find server to return it until everyone else had nearly finished eating. So we ended up just telling the server when we got back he bill. They deducted a whole $2 on a dish she couldn’t eat and due to horrible service, couldn’t replace it in time to eat with family. Neat! Don’t know if you’ll see us back within the 2023 year. The food USED to be excellent. Service was always pretty good, too. Not anymore.

So disappointed, I have not been this dissatisfied in a long time. I kept hearing how good these burgers were so I decided to give it a try. I had the lunch burger the meat is not fresh it look like the burgers we use to get in school, there was barely any cheese on the burger and it was hard, the home cut fries were no better. Also, ordered the butter burger, meat was a little better but again it’s not fresh hamburger meat like I was expecting especially for a burger that is over $15.

Not sure why I waited so long to try this place but regretting that I even went because I cant stop going back Best burgers EVER they are pricey though but very good… Nit sure why but never really busy so We’ve never had to wait verying either.. Definitely be going back again and again

Everything here was excellent !We all had something different and sampled each other’s plus 2 different appetizers onion rings and cheese sticks. I had the chicken and pineapple sandwich and it was very tasty. The service was good and the waitress was very helpful in recommending things to our taste. Overall a very satisfying experience and definitely recommend if you are in the area.

Came from Cleveland with my Mom after a trip to Alliance, stopped because we were hungry and it was definitely worth it. We had really good service. My burger tasted so good and really hit the spot. Don’t miss out on the amazing peach milkshake.

Usually enjoy trying a new place to eat. Will not try again or recommend. Tater tots were good. Reading the delious description of sandwiches and prices, I certainly expected a better meal. Both our burgers were bland except for my burnt carmalized onions. Not an acceptable flavor. Was expecting fresh meat for burger, disappointed for sure.

Less than five minutes after we ordered or food was out. So probably been sitting under a hot lamp and the burgers are definitely frozen.. im from Cleveland and for these prices… things should be fresh. The mushrooms were canned too. Pretty sure everything is canned or frozen. Service was subpar and the buns were bought at giant eagle across the street. Will not eat here again and surprised its still open. Back to Cleveland I go.

Reuben Burger was good. Could have had a little more sauerkraut on it. Fries were perfect!! To me butter pecan ice cream had just a bit of freezer burn. It’s worth going back to. Those fries are delicious!
