Good food. prices are good, pleasant employees fast service for pick-up only though but worth driving there VS other pizza shops in area just don’t go by prices found on internet sites I ordered 50 wings for 25$ and would not honor the price because owner said he doesn’t post the ad or picture so just call and verify prices but I still go there and paid 50$ for wings where I could have refused or not bought but like the place

Challenged to stop at the next pizza place we saw, I ended up at A&S Pizza. Walking in, this place looks like every pizza place I’ve ever seen, the typical but colorful bench, the large sign showing their offerings that seems to be a product of more function then design. The staff was buzzing away on order after offer as they ran through the kitchen.

Got a large chicken parm pizza. This thing is loaded with sauce. It kind of slides off when you’re grabbing a slice. It had some decent flavor but I think there’s better. The cheese was pretty good. The dough tasted fresh. The bottom was nicely toasted. There wasn’t a lot of chicken and it’s bite sized chunks. Chicken was pretty average, just plain protein. 6/10 for not being a converted plain pizza. Also tried a slice of personal plain. Seemed like it was thicker than the large pie. Tasted decent but thin and crispy is the move. The dough was soft in the middle and had a nice toast on the bottom. 6/10. Bet the large pie would perform better. BONUS Hawaiian pizza review. This was a medium pie. Honestly pretty good. Ham is a good addition and pineapple adds a nice sweet flavor. The ricotta adds a nice creamy texture. Ricotta is also high in protein so it’s a good topping. Ham could’ve had a better distribution but overall it’s a good pie. 7/10. Fresher ricotta globs and high quality ham and this could be in the 8 or 9s. Need some Prosciutto di Parma. Also saw the menu a section dedicated to a calzome sausage roll. That sounds like something worth trying.

Extremely friendly place. You never feel overlooked or unwanted here. They will do their best to take care of you and meet your needs. For me food is just ok taste wise and a bit overpriced compared to some other local competition in the area. They have been around a long time so they are doing something rite. Perhaps your experience isn’t mines. Give them a try.

I love a thin crunchy crust!! The buffalo chicken and the bacon ranch pizza is so delicious!! Ooh wait did I mention the GARLIC KNOTS can I say yum yum fresh and homemade. I’m sorry but I’m not that crazy about their sauce/gravy, t for me a little tangy and too chunky. The owner didn’t seem TOO friendly maybe a bad day? But the Son? Maybe son, anyways what a cutie and very nice a gentleman. Thank you for my lunch this afternoon. I’ll be back to try other things soon. Ooh wait very CLEAN plenty of seating booths tables etc. And not pricey at all.
