It was pretty decent. A restaurant with higher quality crowd . Food was 8/10 service was good but busy and a little more on the expensive side. The braised Rabbit Ravioli was very tasty as well as the seafood pasta I give both 5/5 those were my top 2 dishes.

The ambience in Alure was nice but small. We had crab cakes for a appetizers. It was pretty good. My husband had the shrimp and grits and he said it was very good. I had roasted chicken. Chicken was good and came with potatoes and green beans. The location was in the historic district but was a bit loud inside due to the spot being so small and so many ppl being there at the time that we went. Other than that everything was fine.

After not being able to find a table at several nearby restaurants, we were surprised to get an immediate table at A.Lure. Beautiful interior and nice music made for a relaxing evening. The bread was ok, deviled eggs tasty, crab cakes were delicious. The only dish that was somewhat disappointing was the pork shank, which was over cooked and smothered in gravy. Very expensive for Savannah, especially since two of the meals were only appetizers. Probably the reason there were only a few occupied tables in the restaurant.

Visited a.Lure on a late Sunday evening with 9:15 dinner reservations. When we got there, we weren’t immediately acknowledged as there was no one upfront. Whoever was at the bar saw us and didn’t say a word either (she seemed to be overwhelmed despite there not being a huge crowd, there were some folks at the bar and about 5 tables with seated individuals. When someone finally came over to us, we were told most of the food on the menu were out but we ended up having the seafood pasta which was delicious. Besides the initial experience, I’d definitely give them another try given we were visiting during the Memorial Day weekend period.

We had reservations on the Monday of Presidents weekend and it was a great time to visit, the calm after the storm of crowds. Opened with one of their signature cocktails, a Nutz and Grain Manhattan, a wonderful cocktail .

Lovely restaurant. Pleasant waitstaff. All of our food was delicious. Deviled eggs and fried green tomatoes for appetizer. Eggs were super creamy with vinegar notes, fried green tomatoes perfectly cooked with a delicious dressing. Main course was the braised pork shank which was so tender and juicy, the meat fell off the bone. Side dish was mashed potatoes and asparagus. My friend had the roasted chicken breast and she also raved that it was delicious. Plan to take your time here and enjoy the atmosphere and tastey cocktails. The lemon drop Martini with Grey goose vodka was also mixed perfectly. Highly recommend.

Deviled eggs and ravioli were a treat. Meatloaf and scallops were excellent. Cosmo was among the best I have had. No room for dessert! It is a small restaurant so don’t arrive early- they will send you away until your appointed time.
