Passing through needed a caffeine boost to an early start. The coffee shop staff were friendly and helpful. There was a smaller cozy patio for outdoor seating and plenty of indoor seating for those looking to sit back and relax while sipping on their morning Java to being able to sit and gather with a large group of friends or family. I had the cold brew and was happy with service and coffee. I also was going for low carb option and I was able to have one of their delicious breakfast sandwiches with the bagel. Would definitely swing by again. Cheers!!!

Great spot in Springfield! They have a cozy yet spacious shop, great service, scrumptious food and tasty drinks. I had a “make your own” sandwich and it was delicious. You get to choose your type of bread, meat (if desired) and cheese. I also had a seasonal drink named “Oh! Canada” and it tasted like fall. Everything is made right there on the spot and brought to your seat. I can’t commend their kind service and friendly staff enough. It’s also affordable. Went with family today for the first time and I already can’t wait for the next visit.

Normally I would give this place 5 stars. But I’m a bit disappointed. We’ve been coming here for months and we would bring our dog in the car and get her a pup cup. And every single time we would ask for one we would get charged 85 cents. Which was fine. Now they’re telling us they don’t do pup cups?? After getting them for months. We take our dog every time we go get coffee cause she loves the pup cups. Now we’re going to have to go to Rincon instead. And I love the coffee here. this sucks. One of the best coffee places around here. And now I gotta go to Starbucks or Dunkin.

This review isn’t about what they serve but how they treat the people who provide a service to them. I am a FedEx employee and had a terrible experience at this coffee shop. I was coming to the back door to deliver packages when an employee came out the back door so I continued to pull the dolly with packages only to have the door pulled closed on me. My foot jammed into the dolly due to me trying to avoid the door hitting my face. I opened the door and she was telling another employee what she did while laughing so I told her she almost hit my face pulling the door close on me. She laughed and so did the other girl. I continued to drop off the rest of the packages and then went to management (or owner) to advise them on the situation that just occurred. She told me she didn’t think she meant to do that so I assured her she did based on the laughing in my face. She just say oh…. no apology or anything. This is unacceptable as a business and human beings to mistreat people and think its ok. I was informed that this route had some nasty people on it but I never expected it from a business owner. Very disappointed and just want to remind them of the OMNIPRESENCE OF GOD‼️ Nothing goes unseen so you will always get back what you put out into the universe.

I’m so glad to have a coffee shop in Springfield! The food is reasonably priced and tasty and the staff was refreshingly friendly and had great customer service skills. I had a dirty chai frappe and it was so yummy!
