Tonight, I ordered online and I hit the wrong button because I thought I ordered one thing and got something else. I called the store and the lady says ma’am I think you got what you ordered. I double checked and sure enough I did get what I ordered. That’s not where the story ends though she wanted me to speak to her manager and he gets on nice as ever and says ma’am next time we want you to have the pizza you actually wanted so call us next time and we want to meet your expectations. That’s HUGE. He could have hung up, got annoyed he simply said maybe it was you or maybe the website went crazy bottom line we all can mess up but we want you happy! Amazing job Papa Johns. Thank you for being you tonight! Even though I messed up my order what I got was great and the service was even better!

This is the 3rd time I have ordered a barbecue pineapple pizza with extra pineapple to have at least 3 pieces of the pizza not have any pineapple at all. I brought this to the manager’s attention and he said that is extra pineapple and I asked him if that’s extra pineapple why is it that 3 slices have no pineapple at all? I showed him the slices and said that’s how we do extra pineapple. He then said since I came into his store with a bad attitude that he’ll fix my pizza. So I politely told him that I would speak to the owner and I left “HIS” store.

First time in awhile I’ve ordered from Papa Johns. I placed an order for carry out. I ended up calling to see if they could deliver it. The lady who answered the phone was very friendly and was able to change my order for delivery. My order was delivered in less than 15 minutes! The delivery driver was very polite and friendly! The pizza and cheese sticks were very good. It was the best pizza I’ve had in awhile. I will definitely be ordering from them again soon! Keep up the good work!

Called and placed an order. 40 min later i called and checked on the order. Manager argued about the time which was documented on my phone. He said it would be about another 20 min. We cancelled the order. I feel that the manager handled himself in unprofessional manner.
