This place doesn’t fix your food right in half the time it just put together super fast. I know it’s a fast food restaurant but they just seem like they don’t care how your food is made. You better check your bag before you pull away from the drive through because 40% of the time they left a item out that you ordered. Just make sure before you pull off you have a receipt because you will be definitely coming back around because either your food wasn’t made right or they left a item out that you paid for.The employees there are not friendly in they have a fake smile on their face everytime. I won’t be coming back to this Taco Bell ever. I will just go get food elsewhere like IHOP or Denny’s if it’s past 12. Again!!! Don’t leave without your receipt if you go to this Taco Bell . The customer service is below poor In they seem like they don’t care about the customer or the food they give you. In half the time the food is cold in warm when it comes to the Tacos, burritos, power menu bowl. Just don’t mess with this Taco Bell late at night. I’m disappointed with my order. Its ashame they can’t get your food it right ever.

Restaurant was nice and clean. The ordering kiosk had a slight learning curve. Did take a little while for anyone to come take my money, as I was on paying in cash. Staff overall were nice and professional. Food was exactly what I have come to expect from TB. Would come to this TB again.

Honestly live 10-15 minutes away from this Taco Bell. I be giving them chances to make my food right because I only order a couple of things on the Menu in there food is just put together real quick & sloppy! Especially before they’re about to close it just gross after 1 A.M. This place sucks to go get food from when you just want a quick snack. All I have to say is just keep your Receipts & don’t drive off before you check your food. I personally won’t be going back there. Sorry for the rest of you guys !

We love using their app or their screens inside their store to order since my kids and I have so many changes to make to our orders. Lately they’ve told us when we chose drive-thru pick up to pull around to the front and they’ll bring it to us although for years they’d given it to us in the drive-thru, so now I order as pick-up and wait out front then I’m texted to go in and pick it up.

I would give zero stars if I could. Manager has no compassion over a mom with kids. My kids are well behaved but I have a 2 year old that ran behind the counter as I was placing my order on the damn machine which also took forever to do because not one person will help you!! He had the audacity to say “they keep running” which my son took off on me and I caught him 1 time. Then said he could refuse my order. I had to leave!! Horrible service. And I was the only customer there. No one wants to work anymore.

Interesting experience. I placed a mobile order. As I arrived, I got into the drive thru line but it wasn’t moving. So I backed up and parked. When I got to the door it was locked. I knocked and an employee unlocked the door. After I entered, I heard the manager say that she’d appreciate they not unlock the door after she had it locked. It became apparent they were shorthanded. But as I was waiting, a gentleman arrived who was well dressed possibly an owner and he washed, put on gloves, and quickly started working the line. Orders began moving more quickly. Yes, I could be upset they were shorthanded to begin with, but with the labor shortage it’s more how you react to problems. And I have to give them props bringing in possibly an owner to fill the line. And even under stress, I found the staff to be polite and friendly.
