I like the food, the pizzas are very good. $13 for a meal still fills expensive, but it’s an upgrade for sure. Friendly staff made me not mind the splurg. I saw management showing real compassion for customers and their staff as they broke in a new facility and crew. Mustang has a good Sclotzkys, look forward to going back.

The 2 guys that were working the counter had zero people skills and a total lack of give a care. Horrible choice of management to put them In Front of the customers as the first contact to represent the business. And it wasn’t just me, the 3 customers after me were just as taken back by the lack of customer service.

Rude girl in drive thru took my payment. I watched my food being prepared, bagged, and then placed by the window. 10 minutes of sitting there staring at my families food with no one in sight. Then noticed the girl walking around talking to nobody, there was not any customers in the store or anyone else in the drive thru. Then we could see that she decided to empty a trash can. We finally started honking our horn. That didn’t work. I finally had to call the stores phone to get ahold of someone and tell them we are sitting in the drive thru for 10 mins staring at our cold food. They finally located the girl. I guess she went outside. Who knows. Comes to us and handed us our food and quickly closed the window without saying a word. Service was horrible. Maybe time to drug test some employees

The food was great but manager(I’m guessing she was) was ridiculously rude. Gave me 4 packets of hot sauce, so I asked for more and she just told me they sell bottles. After paying $18.49 for 2 sandwiches I don’t think it is out of bounds to get a few extra packets of hot sauce…drive thru girl was sweet and tried to give me some, but manager went out of her way to stop it. Would recommend other Schlotzky’s just for better treatment.

The salad had slimy lettuce, large end pieces of the lettuce that should have been thrown away, and the Cobb salad had the tiniest pieces of egg, no bacon pieces were noticeable, and the avocado doesn’t go well with feta cheese. Don’t order the salads.

First time in this location. A young girl behind the counter looked and smiled at me before ducking behind the wall. I stood at the register for about 8 minutes before she came back to take my order. I doubt I’ll come back due to the customer service. The food was fine but not great.
